Follow other blogs in the same niche with you, read their contents, cover what they didnt cover, use keyword research tools to find what people are searching for and write posts on them.

How old is the blog and what is your monthly unique pageviews. Also what is your monthly earning from the blog and how much are you willing to sell it.

20 articles per day? And you want to be paying 10k per month. Thats extremely too small. Imagine writing atleast 20articles per day, thats atleast 600 articles in 30 days, which means you are paying less than #17 per article. Thats very bad. Saying atleast 20 articles per week is still considerable.

You paying half at the beginning means you are (kind of) trustworthy... Promising to pay on the 15th wont help issues.

Yes You must verify you are the owner of the master card.. i verified mine . but it was quite easy.. below are the stuff i used

1. My National I.D card with the name of the master card on it.

2. they requested i scan the master card i used

3. An ATM receipt.. or bank statement

Well, i dont know much about that, but i will advise you get some successful bloggers and learn from them, make them gour friends, ask them questions directly, am sure they will be willing to help. Some will advise you stay with blogger until you get a significant amount of traffic, so it all depends on you to either neglect or accept the advice.

am not directly saying that whigohost will limit your traffic, am just saying that with such hosting companies, when you exceed your monthly bandwidth, you site will be down. That's why a lot of people still go back to blogger and free wordpress after using self hosted wordpress for a while.

Very silly indeed, but atleast it will stop people like you from earning off these copy and paste bloggers who you sell adsense accounts to.

Sometimes I begin to imagine what the future have for blogging in Nigeria. Everyday hundreds of blogs are created in Nigeria without any plan. The same post i see on Cheezy's blog is the same post i will see on Lara's blog and several other blogs without even trying to change the topic, image or atleast reconstruct the post.
When thinking about it today, I just feel like an association should be setup up for bloggers and every blog both old and new should be registered.
The association will ensure that every blog in Nigeria meets up to standard before they can proceed with registration.
New blogs should be well examined and the blogger will have to pass through some serious examination.
Any blog that doesnt meet up to standard should be taking as a personal blog and must not be monetised but can accept donations anyway.

And any blog which deals in copy and paste should be warned and if it persists, the blogger can be sued for copyright infrigement.
Atleast with this, even if there are over a million entertainment blogs in Nigeria, they will all have totally different and interesting posts which will never get anyone bored.


This is just my thought and i will like to know your opinion on this..

Am using Hostgator , They are quite okay.. i suggest you start with Hostgator... Unless you ain't aiming high... And 300k for a start aint a bad idea, but you shouldn't invest much on a new blog, All you need is constant Updating then maybe after some months you run some ads on Top sites likE Nl e.tc

Yes, you are right about using Hostgator, but i heard hostgator requires some kind of verification if you are using a mastercard from Nigeria. They will require you to send them a scanned copy of you National ID Card, International Passport, Drivers License or any other Government issued ID Card ana photograph of you holding your Mastercard.
How true is that?
