Celebrities / Re: Olumuyiwa Osinuga "Nomoreloss" Is Dead (Singer, Comedian) by DOnly1(m): 11:58pm On Mar 21, 2016
The word of God is forever settled that "it is appointed for man once to die after this judgement". My advice is to you the living (& not no more loss) " except a man be born again, he can't see the kingdom of God" let alone entering, no matter your good works.
Your afterlife is much too important to toy with because those abominable deeds in your hand will soil your chance of gaining eternal life with your creator. Hell is real please don't wait to get there before you realise it because it will be too late then. Be wise (the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom). Bow your and pray and confess your sins and apologize, then invite Jesus to wash you clean by His blood and to guide you daily. Read you Bible, follow its instructions & pray everyday. Peace

If personalities like the Sultan of Sokoto, Governor of Lagos are yet to get their own PVCs; it bothers me of how many ordinary citizens are about to be disenfranchised come February 14. For the sake of sampling, please let's know how many nairalanders already have their PVCs.

Why the noise about exploitation... Don't forget that prices are bound to rise when demand begins to exceed supply an open market system like this. What we really need are more options.
So stop the blame game & explore other options (or better still create new ones for your people to make use of). Peace

Don't worry, bring whatever policy; we the rich will never protest but with our productive brains @ still @ work, we shall work out appropriate solutions to this marginalization issue as this economy has trained us to do while working our way up social status ladder.
.
By the way,
.
Haven't you all read that "righteousness exalts a nation but sin is a reproach"
.
The poor can comment whatever, the govt can keep formulating various policies - if the fear of God is still lacking (as it is now) all are lies from the pit of hell meant to keep us stagnated.

This people are just bunch of failures who wed out of impulse not on intent. They cant even see the danger signs before saying i do, thus bring God's primary soceital institution into disrepute. They call you celeb but there nothing really beautiful to celebrate about them. The word of God is forever settled "what God has joined together let no man put asunder". Hence this people should go and learn what how to learn home management & then reconcile with their first husband.

It's unAfrican but unfortunately, the world keeps fallin of morals & value.

Religion / Re: How Can One Identify A True Born Again Christian? by DOnly1(m): 9:34pm On Oct 15, 2014
lalasticlala:
With the way some self acclaimed born again Christians behave sometime, one may not easily differentiate between them and those that are not born again.

So many Christians have abused this born again thing so much. Almost everybody claims to be born again when asked. Some even use their mouth to tell you that they are born again.

I once trusted an associate pastor, a born again, before and helped him by lending him some money. He promised to pay within a month or so. I did that when the shop he & his wife manage got burnt. But he couldn't pay as he promised. It lingered up to 2 years. Each time I asked for my money, he would make promises which he never fulfilled. At a time, I started collecting things from his shop and he was subtracting the money, and he also paid in stipends until I got my money back without using it for tangible thing. Meanwhile, he had grown up children that are doing fine. Of course they use to send him money.

This is just one out of the several experiences I have had with some 'born again' Christians.

I have equally encountered two born again Christians that I believe were real. Their characters spoke for them.

So are you a born again Christian?

Can you boldly tell us that you are a born again Christian?

Does your life style portray you as a true born again Christan?

What Qualities should born again Christians exhibit?

So many questions that need answers.
Sorry about your experience with the so called Pastor. But have you not read that "by their fruit, ye shall know them". QED
