You mean she is the only one that is allowed to play you with/without distance grin

You are not ready yet

What I'm saying is, all these can possible if she stays near by. She's far away. So there is no way I can let her start coming around and while she is in her way, say from Port Harcourt to Lagos and while about getting to Lagos, I tell her I'm not available or when she gets around again another time, I get up to wear trousers. grin

Planning to let her come spend 2-4 days sometimes soon anyway. First two days might just be me not trying to penetrate. Just turn her on and stop midway. smiley

Kinda girls i like grin
She already got you in the web

Let her do more of the calls and texting
Fix an appointment with her then cancel it when she is already waiting or heading to your place

Go out and mingle with other ladies
Cus she is definitely mingling with other guys

When you eventually let her comes around
You let's her be for some time
She will indirectly initiate romance

If you have enough balls
You can play the same game she is playing on you all these while by
pre-intimacy & Romance her when you see she is enjoying it and want more
Just stop wear your trouser tell her you cant do this

She will want to know why you can't
Just don't give her any good answer
Let her keep wandering cheesy
Tell her you are not in the mood

All this would have been possible if we stay in same place. She's in another town. Distance is a barrier here.

I know this game.

I don't know why guys like stressing themselves. You are just eager to date her whereas she just want to catch cruise. At this point, you shouldn't even be talking about dating again. Start acting like the boyfriend, push for another meet up and bang her. Period.

She wouldn't allow me to bang. She's going to allow everything else but no penetration.

As per acting the boyfriend role, I'm not expending my resources on her at all asides airtime I use in calling.

She picked up a fight with me few days ago when I didn't talk to her for a day. She told me a day before then that she sustained some injuries and wished her quick recovery. The following day, I didn't call her at all and the chat was so cold so the day after when we talked, she was reacting somehow to me but later told me she doesn't have any right to be angry at me, like she's not in position to be angry (stating because she is not my GF as the reason not to be angry) because I didn't call to check up on her for a whole day after she told me she sustained some injuries.

Yet, she tries to act like she's my GF and she's not denying she loves me. Just no Relationship cos she's not ready and no penetration no matter how deep the smooching and pressing gets.

ProphetJeroboam:
For those of you working on your pick up skills, know this.

Women are the gatekeepers of sex and men are the gatekeepers of commitment. Do not go into a relationship to get sex rather get sex first to determine if it is worth going into a relationship. Women will string you along for sex so they can steal your commitment(wasted time and attention they get from tens of guys or in extreme cases, financial resources).

Never let a girl string you along with the following lines;
-I am a virgin
-I am celibate
-I am scared of sex
-I’m not in a hurry etc.
if you have ever been inside a room with a h0rny girl then you will know girls are sexual creatures and they love sex just like guys. The girl stringing you along will meet another guy and when he pushes the right buttons,he will bang her that same day of meeting.

THIS.

The previous guy is done with her and you are the next option. She is stringing you along with the promise of sex to keep your attention and time vested in her. She knows you’ll dip as soon as you hit and she doesn’t want to lose whatever you offer her(attention and time)so if she keeps you around by making you hope for sex then she gets what she wants. You need to take back control because you are acting in her frame.

I feel she is getting more of my attention because literally, it's like we're dating but we are not.

Surprised how I lost my frame. I was out of my mind. Now she's about to witness total OFF MODE. Problem is, she wouldn't even let me be with calls and chats.

I met this lady sometimes last year and we started talking. Fast forward to mid this year, I asked her out and she told me she liked my personality but unfortunately, she's in a relationship which is why we won't be able to took that path.

I withdrew my attention for those period because I never desired to be in the friend zone. She noticed I withdrew and for like a week or there about, she was complaining about the change. I made her realised it wasn't because of she saying NO but because there's a need for it.

Complains went on and later, I started talking moderately (not as much as I used to) but she herself took it up and did most of the calling and chatting since then. We got along very well and vibe well.

All this while, we have NEVER met before because I got her contact through a friend of hers.

Later I noticed her attention towards me was more and more and it was as though we're dating even though we are actually not. I wasn't spending a dime on her as well. Just normal airtime I use in calling and of course she does the same.

I was exhuming my sexual vibes with her sometimes whenever we chat so she got the clue already that she's not dealing with the "dull guy".

I later found out the relationship she had with the guy she was with when I asked her out had ended because the guy wanted to f**k her which she didn't give in to. They had to part ways because their motives were not romantically aligned. She told me she's a virgin and she's not ready to lose it anytime soon and even if she will, it has to be with a meaningful guy. I instantly told her that I'm not coming to date you for pvssy benefit but I'm not ruling sex out of our relationship if we ever get to date.

One way or the other, she had a reason to travel to where I school and we finally met for the first time. We spent the night together and it was all fun.

Now here is the issue; that very night we did everything but she never allowed me to penetrate even though I fingered her and she got wet everywhere. I discovered the lady who told me she's a virgin, and also lost her last relationship because she wasn't interested in giving her ex the sex was not a virgin. My finger went in there.

I made her realised this and she still vehemently insisted on not having any sexual intercourse with a guy before. I told her that I'm not a kid and I can see there is no hymen down there anymore. She told me she knows but she's told me the fact that she's never slept with any guy. Having an intercourse isn't the only way to lose virginity was what she insisted on.

Long story short, she never allowed me to get in there even though she allowed all other things and her body movements during the whole romance was showing she needed the main thing which she resisted.

This lady isn't getting anything from me, I'm not spending on her, but she's into me.

She still hasn't agreed to date me even after the Relationship ended and even after meeting me. She told me she's not even proving hard to get for me because if she's doing that, she wouldn't have allowed me to even touch her the other night. Her reason for not wanting to date now is because she's not ready.
She's eager to know about my previous relationships as well which I barely talk about.

I'm lost!!!

So I got banned and my post was deleted. I guess you can't make prescriptions on nairaland? I dunno.

Look for the hypoallergenic creams in cosmetic shops.

As for the antibiotics, try third generation cephalosporins for 14 days. Look it up.
Also I advised u take antifungals for three months non-stop.
The rash will definitely clear if your consistent with these.

Mods hope I didn't break any rules? Abeg no vex.

It's clear. So that rules out a syphylitic rash.

I'll go with a follicular dermatitis. A full blood count test will should show elevated neutrophils. If I were seeing you I would prescribe antibiotics for 14 days then use a hypoallergenic cream (the normal Vaseline petroleum jelly does wonders but you can choose any hypoallergenic cream of your choice, it's sold in supermarkets, written on the label) for six months.
It might also be tinea corporis. That's a fungal infection. It's not as circumscribed as I'd like but then I dont know if your camera caught it very clearly. Is it on your face and back as well?

Also tinea corporis would itch... Still, antifungals for 3months wouldn't hurt.

There's nothing like seeing the person physically so as to look at the rash up close. We're only seeing bits and pieces.

Something would have happened when this rash first came up three years ago. Exposure to some metal or cloth that someone else wore /towel someone else was using/ working in the/walking through the bush/vegetation in the daytime and not taking a bath that night, etc. Something would have triggered the event. Only you can let us know about that.
Cheers.

I never gave myself the headache of having syphilis.

And then, hypoallergenic cream examples would be ?

I'd also like to know that of antibiotics.

You might be right. There was a time I used someone else's towel.

Thanks for your response. They are to the point and it's as if I was standing before you.

Looking for to your response on the feedbacks provided.

Ok.

Like I said, that black patch is melasma Caused by excess production of melanin ( homorne responsible for pigment of the skin) coupled with dead skin cells that have piled up over the years.
Now the products you're using doesn't exforliate (get rid) of dead skin, that is why you have that dark patch and dull skin.

You need an exfoliatng soap and cream. Then a special treatment cream to help inhibit melanin production on that part of your body.

We could help you compound these products or teach you how to make it yourself just in case you're not within the same location. To cut cost.

How much are we talking about here ?
I'm in Osun State.

@melasma usually occurs on the face of pregnant women or those who are taking contraceptives. It is not widespread like this.

If it was reaction to sulphunamides like someone else suggested, that one either presents as isolated large circumscribed rashes or full blown steven-johnson's syndrome. So it's not that either.

I would have gone with the syphilitic rashes if u had said it is also on the palm of your hands. You didn't snap your palms for us to see so we can't know.

Another idea could be seborrhoeic dermatitis. But it appears like a follicular lesion.

The best thing to do would be to get a second opinion from another dermatologist.

Here are pictures of my right & left palm.

Ette. You might have had the syphilis, way long before 2017, the dark spots start appearing when the 3rd stage of syphilis kicks in. And you mention of the fact that the spots don't scratch or itch. Guess what? That's exactly the symptom of late stage latent or neurosyphillis. The spots don't itch, even when the first sore comes out in the early stages of syphilis infection, the sore is usually painless and doesn't itch, making you likely to ignore it. The dark spots are actually a symptom of late stage and dreadfully fatal syphilis.
Why not stop doing typical Nigerian "Nothing dey happen!" and go do the test, seminal culture, not VDRL and be sure. Dermatologists don't detect STDs

Alright.

It could be an adverse drug reaction. Your body might be allergic to a certain drug or spices that you take. Like septrin, aspirin, etc. I once had some dark patches on my skin too which some doctors prescribed different creams for me that did not work. Until I finally met a very good dermatologist who explained things to me. It was Sulphur that I am allergic to that was found in some anti malaria drugs and septrin I took . He advised me to stay away from them and even coke!
Just try another dermatologist.

I think it's just this. There was a time I took a drug for bone joints and body aches. I can't even remember the name of the drug.

If it shows on your palms and feet.. guy its syphilis.. just take high doses antibacterial drugs or better still go to hospital..

But if u dey calm down u go check babe hand and feet before you go Bleep .. and it's very obvious to know any rough girl .. 80% of them have it and It adds to the roughness.. that's why I watch well before I bleep . .. i dont rush cus na one life .. and syphilis can affect the brain so go to government general hospital on Monday carry 1500 500 for card and 1000 for drugs .. you will be fine in few weeks .. but go on Monday

Nothing is wrong with my palms. What does it look like if at all it's showing on the palm and feet ?

Our attitude to just throw anything at a problem without really understanding the cause can be really nauseating.

See them:

Sorry to break it to you dearies but some of the differential diagnosis for dark patches could be fatal. Especially when it could be a melanoma.
So don't just go throwing things at patches without knowing what they really are. Because it worked for Nnamdi doesn't mean it will work for Femi or Zuwaira.

As for you OP, I can't really say what you have but if you have had a few as a child and now it's increasing. Then we can consider neurofibromatosis (cafe-au-lait patches ).
It is least likely to be a Mongolian spot (birthmark) because you will have had the same spot since childhood.
See another dermatologist for second opinion and discard advices like the ones quoted.
If after all investigations it is found to be nothing, your dermatologist may want to consider laser therapy as a last resort. That is if you really want the spot out. You may want to consider of course trying this sort of therapy on a little spot and see the outcome.
Please see a dermatologist again OP.

Thanks, man..

With this and your visit to the dermatologist, I think you need to start doing

1..Change your soap to maybe ose dudu or any thing natural. Don't go herbal because most of these stuffs have been mixed with all sorts. Use ori (shea butter) or olive oil as your cream. You can mix alovera which is homemade. You can do that.

2..Check your diet. If you're the type that takes groundnut alot, remove it from your diet. Check something you are so much addicted to, and stop for a while.

3..Visit another hospital preferable a general hospital. Try as much as possible to see an old dermatologist with years of experience. Such Doctor would have witnessed something similar.

4...Since you said it's over three years and if at the end of this year, you try all I suggested or what you deem fit, and no changes, it would be advisable you go herbal. It may be inside the blood stream that needs cleansing.

While doing all these, you can do thorough research online. I know you would have done that. You can as well go further making use of online dermatologist on social media platforms like LinkedIn.

Such happened to my younger sister many years ago, it was all over her face. A light skin lady just went dark with no form of illness or symptoms of any sort. It didn't take up to 6months when treatment started that she passed on. Yours differs in many ways but don't handle with kid gloves either.

All the best bro..!!!

Thanks!!!!!!

Answer the following questions.

What soap and cream are you using?

Check between the period it started to now what have you changed in your diet?

Did you switch to new products before this started?

Have you ever exfolited your skin, when last did you do it?

Vaseline Cream & Premier Soap (Septol at times)

No, to the other questions.

@OP do you eat 'nuts alot'? Or Oil extracted from nuts e.g vegetable oil from nuts? and groundnuts cake called Kulikuli

This looks like 'Inarun' as called in Yoruba. Can't remember the name clearly again? I think this usually occur when a body react or is allergic to 'nuts, especially groundnuts and Oil including groundnuts cake (Kulikuli)

Think carefully and exempt yourself from eating all the listed briefly. Use Shear butter ('Orii') after bath. You should be fine afterwards.

Thank me later.

I think inarun usually itches ? This doesn't itch. It does nothing except for the skin deformation.

I take kulikuli but I hardly do. Maybe once in 4 months and I have been doing that since I was growing up. It shouldn't be it or anything related that's the cause.
