I don't really understand myself anymore and I need some advice if my new lifestyle is the best or not ...

Its started gradually I lost interest on mingling too much with people ..I hardly engaged on long conversations with someone except businesses
discussion , sitting few minutes with someone i will starts developing discomfort is either i leave the person or i remain silent.
Almost a month now have locked my WhatsApp no more chat
At work I prefer sitting just alone reading news , playing games and seeing movies while my colleagues will site round discussing I will not get closer to them but if they asked me anything i will answer and wave away .
Weekends or holidays like recent once am always indoors I find it very difficult to go outside except buying anything, am living few 10 to 15 minutes walk to my Uncle as well as my aunt over two months now I have not visited any now they are thinking otherwise..
This lifestyle has slidely affected having female friends as a womanizer before, now if I don't call they will not come and if any comes without any invites i pay no attention last she will leave in anger...
