Supported 💯 I wish everyday that I don't live in the same city with my wife. Let's just meet once in a while. |
SIRPET:Thank you for the review. Please, I have done the interview twice but the feedback was that I didn't meet up with their benchmark. Can you please, enlighten me on what to do to pass in my next interview. Below is their feedback about my performance: Hi (my name), Thank you for requesting feedback on your interview . Below is a detailed breakdown of your performance, highlighting your strengths and areas for improvement. Strengths we noticed You showed a strong foundation in business management by using structured problem-solving methods, such as identifying bottlenecks, gathering feedback, and verifying the impact of changes. Your focus on continuous improvement and operational leadership stands out as a real asset for driving results in a dynamic environment. Your understanding of customer relationship health was well demonstrated by referencing practical metrics like churn, retention, CSAT, sales, and CAC. You also showcased a thoughtful approach to investigating customer issues by segmenting data and suggesting interventions such as process improvements and retraining. You demonstrated practical experience in office administration by explaining how you organize documents, use scheduling tools, manage access controls, and proactively resolve meeting conflicts. Your emphasis on process and structure reflects a growing ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently. Areas for Improvement You could have explained your use of specific tools and formal processes in office administration with more concrete examples and detailed steps, such as outlining permission-audit activities or versioning practices. Providing these specifics would have made your structured approach even clearer. You could have articulated your prioritization strategies in business management more explicitly, for example by referencing particular decision criteria or named metrics like cycle time, throughput, or critical path. Highlighting these details in your explanations would have underscored your ability to lead strategic discussions. Your approach to customer relationship management could have been strengthened by specifying particular touchpoints and stages, such as support ticket handling, onboarding steps, or renewal processes. Detailing your review cadence and systematic workflow in your answers would have showcased your ability to implement structured customer success initiatives. What's next? The good news is that you can re-apply! You have two options: Immediately with a different set of skills that better represent your strengths If you prefer to stick with the same skill set, you can retake the interview after 30 days. |

How do you explain to your 5 or 7 year old child that gun men took their brother away in your presence and as a father, you couldn't do anything but to flee, to at least, save your own life first. It is not life that we are living in Nigeria. God should just turn everybody to stone and shut down the earth. |

joinnow:I was running a micro-lending business and daily savings. People used to invest in my business as well. So, when the office was suddenly demolished, the savers started asking for withdrawal while most of the borrowers stopped paying. It was so bad that I had to sell off properties to settle the investors and the savers. Currently, I and my family are just managing life with a boutique that I opened for my wife before the demolition. I have applied for jobs but to no avail. |
Bcpump:Thank you. Yes, you can. I'm grateful |
ttmax09:I'm surprised no one has any experience about Micro 1 to share here |
Good day everyone, I don’t even know where to start from, but I’ll try to be as honest as possible because I truly need help and direction. There was a time my life made sense. I ran a good business, had staff working with me, and things were stable. I wasn’t rich, but I was comfortable and hopeful. I had plans. I had structure. Then everything changed. My two offices were demolished by the government due to road expansion. Just like that. No proper recovery plan, no real compensation that could help me restart meaningfully. Overnight, I lost my base, my daily operations, and the structure I had built over time. Since then, it has been one struggle after another. I tried to bounce back. I really did. Different ideas, different small ventures, different approaches… but nothing has worked. In fact, the more I tried to stand strong again, the more I kept losing the little strength and money I had left. It got to a point where I started questioning myself. Maybe I’m the problem. Maybe I’ve lost my touch. Maybe I don’t even understand life again. I’ve applied for jobs—both within my level and even below it—just to have something stable to hold on to, but nothing has come through. Rejections, silence, or no response at all. Spiritually, I have not been sleeping. I have fasted. I have prayed. I have sought counselling. But honestly… nothing seems to be changing. I won’t lie, this phase has affected me deeply. My confidence is not what it used to be. The energy to “try again” is no longer there like before. I wake up some days and just feel blank. Right now, I’m exhausted. Not just physically… mentally and emotionally too. That’s why I’m here. Please, I need honest advice: What would you do if you were in my shoes? How do you restart when everything you try keeps failing? Should I keep pushing business ideas or completely change direction? How do you rebuild when you’re already drained? I’m open to anything—advice, correction, shared experiences, even tough truths. Thank you for taking your time to read this. |
Good day everyone, Please, I need help from anyone who has experience with Micro1 jobs or their interview process. I recently applied for the Office and Administrative Domains Specialist role and completed their AI interview, but I didn’t meet the required score. However, I’ve been given another opportunity to retake the interview after one month, so I’m currently preparing seriously for it. It is actually a remote job. To those who have passed or are currently working with Micro1, I would really appreciate your insights: - What exactly do they look out for during the AI interview? - What kind of questions should I expect? - What helped you pass successfully? - Is the work and pay structure worth it? I noticed they seem to focus on structured answers, use of metrics, and explaining your reasoning clearly. Can anyone confirm this or share more tips? Please, any real experience or advice will go a long way. Thank you very much. |
Hello everyone, Please, I would really appreciate insights from anyone who has experience with Micro1 — either as an applicant, someone who passed their interview, or currently working with them. I recently applied for the Office and Administrative Domains Specialist role and completed their AI interview process. Unfortunately, I didn’t meet the certification criteria this time. However, I’ve been given a second chance to retake the interview after one month, and I’m currently preparing to improve significantly before my next attempt. I would like to ask: - What was your experience during the interview process? - What kind of questions were you asked? - What do they really look out for in candidates? - If you passed, what do you think made the difference? Also, for those currently working with Micro1: - What is the work structure like? - How is the pay and workload? - Any tips for someone trying to succeed on the platform? I’m open to honest advice and practical tips. Thank you in advance for your help. |
A man can have many side chicks and still love his wife and family but once a woman starts sleeping with another man, the husband's life is at risk. The man already has 2 enemies. Both of them want him dead. |
106 -87 = 19 Out of 106, you have 87 and twenty-something are still negotiating with you. Clueless man. |

Dedicated to which service? You guys deserve to die miserably for your wickedness and heartlessness while in service. Those criminals (called police) who are always at Abule/Alakija axis of Badagry Road will surely meet their pains and misery in the future, especially the fair tall man. God punish Nigeria police. Their brutality is unbearable |

Very useless policy. First attempt at 18 and probably end up getting admission at the 2nd or 3rd attempts. Now with all the ASUU wahala, they will end up graduating at the age of 26 or 27 and then proceed to the 1 year compulsory wasteful year. Employers of labour will now place 25 years as maximum entry age limit. This country is indeed a joke |
Poor bachelor! The woman added her money to buy those stuffs, knowing your condition. She must have laughed when you gave her N1400 to buy food stuffs for you in March 2024. |
Tinubu is the owner of Hitech but they claim it's owned by a Lebanese. They will still abandon the project as they abandoned Agbara/Atan Road after the mass demolition of people's investments, businesses and properties. |

Good day fellow Nairalanders! I have a boutique here in Lagos but I want to relocate to either Benin Republic or Togo to set up a new business while my wife continues with the boutique in Lagos. My budget is N3m. Please, I need your advice or suggestions on a lucrative business one can venture into in Lome or Cotonou. Thank you |
