Give the same City team to another manager, and some of these players will be bang average, it is no surprise that individually, this is their best season, give mourihno this team and watch him defend and this same "best squad" will be just another struggling squad, Give fergie this current Man Utd squad and see if Opinions won't change

Mane is above Sane, this is not even debatable, Mane has been consistent from his Southampton days

Speaking of goals and Hazard, an attacking midfielder whose job is as chance creator for his team has 151 career goals. It's amazing that there ain't more than, if ever up to, 10 attacking midfielders in the world under 30 that have scored more than that.

Talking about squad, a look at City's bench will give you a clear picture of how good a squad of players Pep has at his disposal, Gundogan, Danilo, Jesus, B. Silva, Toured, Bravo etc here's a collection of guaranteed starters at rival clubs.
Madrid had a very good squad going for them in the past couple of season till Zidane and Perez thought otherwise and sold Morata and sent James on loan. At this point, City can comfortably replace a starting 11 player without any consequent drop in quality, a luxury non of their rivals have.

Pep can be excused for saying Chelsea needed 10 new players to challenge for the title because those players don't fit into his ideas, I am pretty sure that if he were to be the manager at the time, he would have sold about 8 first team players
