Someone with brain should know Illegal structures on govt/public properties such as roads, drainage etc are simply demolished. Some should be happy they're not jailed sef. You can't do such in a civilized country without being jailed as a matter of fact.

It's a criminal act. This below is a pure fact as a matter of fact.

The topic was about Ijaw to begin with.

The sobo were also sacked from Warri as at 1934. They were sacked all the way to agbassa sef. Lol. In fact, Itsekiri have won several cases against Sobo as a matter of fact. There was even the Saba case where Ijaw ancestor and Sobo ancestor were fighting over it thus took themselves to the court however in the end, it was found out that it belonged to the Itsekiri while both Ijaw and Urhobo were declared as tenants. Imagine. Lol. Itsekiri wasn't involved but fact showed that it belonged to the Itsekiri. As I said, only fools think they can steal anyone's territory when everything is already documented, including the map.

Did you see Sobo in the old map below? Sobo are called wayo by several because they like claiming territory which doesn't belong to them. Sobo were even Bini slaves used as sacrifices after they ventured into Bini areas. All these are documented as seen below. Even the Sobo also documented it as seen in the last picture below. I don't even know where the Sobo came from. Some said they were being chased from their land by Ibo thus ran to Bini territory. Both the chaser (Ibo) and the ones chased (Sobo) were captured as slaves when they ventured into Bini territory thus they kept fleeing from Bini to other areas after they were captured.

As a matter of fact, Most ran to the Itsekiri sides who accommodated them.

Anyways, everyone knows their boundaries as I already said. In fact, Warri need its own state as a matter of fact📌

If Oduduwa is the father of all Yoruba, Obatala is father to who?
In your earlier statement, you said Oduduwa became king after Obatala, and even dresses like Obatala....
If Oduduwa was king of the Yoruba because they are on earth, so when Obatala was king over them, were they living in the sky?

As in you are saying rubbish, just accept

I can't even waste my time on a stupid brain who can't understand cosmos creations and the human kings.

Obatala and Oduduwa are cosmos creation Orishas which formed the universe. Oduduwa represent the black space/earth/matter while Obatala represent the light that shines into space. The Yoruba are living on earth thus are always called Omo Oduduwa by Ifa, aside Ifa calling the Yoruba the omoluabi (children of God), Adulawo (the beautiful black skin).. As a matter of fact, the first human on earth was a black man who's the progenitor of other humans.

Meanwhile, the Yoruba humans who were named Obatala and the Oduduwa of Oke Ora were picked by Ifa to become kings of Ife thereby depicting the Cosmos creation Orishas of the universe.

If your brain can't understand this, then go knock it on the rock.

This is not an evidence in the first place because you are quoting a vanguard article that talked about the court case of only the Ijaws. There is no mention of Urhobo banning anywhere.

I sense you wrote from the place of deep emotions as obviously you are Itsekiri and you felt it is in your place to defend your tribe.

You claimed the Urhobos were Bini slaves used for sacrifice... But you have no proof to substantiate your claims... Do you?

You claimed the Urhobos had to run from the Binis to evade being sacrificed further and you the Itsekiri harboured and succoured them, and because they ran from the Binis to Itsekiri they were called WAYO.... Where is your proof about this bold statement... Do you have one?

What you wrote my friend is so outlandish and weird that I couldn't stop laughing. Let me ask you some rhetorical questions asap;-

1) Since you claimed the Urhobos were Bini slaves; how come the Urhobos have more occupied areas than you the Itsekiris in same Delta State?

2) Since you claimed the Urhobos fled slavery and ran to you the Itsekiris, how come the Urhobos is the most dominant tribe in Delta State, with more population than you the Itsekiris?

I will stop at just these two rhetorical questions, and truly if reality have not started dawning on you, by now it definitely should have start commencing. Because all your claims are all fallacies based, and just so you know, the Itsekiris are sojourners to Delta State while the Urhobos are indigenous to the areas they occupy..... For the dispute between the Ijaws and the Itsekiris; it is as old as time and only God can resolve it for them, hopefully in some future lifetimes he will.

Have a nice day my friend.... Cheers 🍷.

Ijaw were sent packing from Warri. Likewise sobo were banned which was as far back as 1935 while the British was still in Nigeria.

Look at the old map below, did you see Ijaw or sobo there? Sobo's history isn't even up to a century old sef. They were Bini slaves captured after they trespassed into Bini land and were used as sacrifices thus were running away from Bini to other places. Why did you think they're called wayo?

As I already stated, everyone knows their boundaries.

By the way, how can there be a Warri state, with such dispute? I think all parties shoul co-habit in peace. Afterall all the tribes intermarry and share families. Let’s pray for lasting peace.

That was why I stated that only useless brainless criminal fools think they can steal anyone's territory in this age because regardless of any stupid attempt made by any criminal, including the previous stupid criminal attempt, the old map is already documented regardless. As a matter of fact, the Ijaw and Urhobo were sent packing from Warri by the supreme court the last time. High time the law is enacted. The Old map will be used to carve out Warri state.

How can the colonial masters mistake Iwerre for Warri? The name Warri stem from the Ijaws word Wari, which means house or residence. The Itshekiri's are sojourners, you can't claim because they were more educated than the aborigines they met in the town then that makes them automatic owners of the land. The first Olu of itshekiri migrated from Igbesen in Edo state to the town called warri, so what happened to the inhabitants he met? I don't need to research this issue, because I'm both Ijaw and Itshekiri by blood. I've read books and listened to the elders. So this matter has been laid to rest a long time ago and we don't need to resurrect it to cause another communal war. Have you been to Warri lately? The town has not yet recovered from the previous Ijaw/itshekiri crisis and that's the reason there's no proper development in the former oil city.

You dey craze. Iwere which was even mentioned in Ifa. You saw the old map with the name Iwere yet you're still saying gibberish? You dey mad? Even in the old map, Ijaw was nowhere to be found! Urhobo history started only in the early 1880's sef. They were Bini slaves who trespassed into Bini and were used as sacrifices thus were running away from Bini.

The Jekri are Ijebu from Ife who span from Lagos to Ondo to the Itsekiri/Jekri areas. These were the people whom Olu Ginuwa, another Yoruba man met there before he was made a king by the Jekri.

As I said, everyone knows their boundaries. Warri belongs to the Itsekiri/Jekri. Last time Ijaw and Urhobo were sacked from Warri by the supreme court. In fact, the law need to be enacted. You dey craze? As I said, only a brainless criminal fool think he can steal territory in this age when old map are documented. Thank you for your response.

It gets painful each time this Ijaw/Itsekiri/Urhobo struggle for Warri comes up. The fights that have cut short the lives of Soma y youths should be enough to teach all parties the lessons that they need in peaceful co-habitation.

I tend to agree that oil is the principal driver of the battle for that land.

Have you heard the Urhobo narrative of the ownership?

Take a look at the communities and towns under the three local governments and let's hear your opinion who controls more.

You're quite stupid. You saw someone bearing Yoruba name called Oduduwa, yet you still dey wail? No be madness be that? You dey mad?

Oduduwa came from Oke Ora which is also stated by Ifa who picked him.

Meanwhile, Oduduwa, just like Obatala weren't just human Yoruba kings but are also creation cosmos. Oduduwa means black earth/or matter. If you weren't stupid, you would know the first human on earth was a black man who was the progenitor of other humans. Jesus himself was a black man described as burnished bronze color with woolen hair, even as he was representing the first man on earth.

Can you see you are saying rubbish

Ode, you can't understand a thing. There are Orisha cosmos and there are Orisha the humans. Obatala and Oduduwa are cosmos, just as they were also humans.

In fact, prior to Oduduwa of Oke Ora becoming the King of Ife, Yoruba were called the children of Oduduwa by Ifa, hence why Oduduwa of Oke ora was bearing Oduduwa even before Ifa picked him as a King. Ifa calls the Yoruba the Omo Odua (the children of the earth/the matter), the Omoluabi (the children of God), Adulawo (the beautiful black skin) etc

Oduduwa is the Orisha of earth while Obatala is the Orisha of light (king of light). Yoruba are living on the Earth, thus Oduduwa is the father of all Yorubas who are referred to as the Omoluabi which means the children of God.

obatala was a name of a person not a title it wasnt just lajuwa who seized power the entire ife leadership throne has never been from one genealogy, neither was it organized if you never had an organized leadership how then is it possible than you ancestors found the Benin monarchy when the Benin kingdom already had an lineage of ascension to the throne that ile ife didn't have? If there is anything history teaches us is that a Benin prince at one time ruled ife, which makes sense before ife didn't have a line of succession anyone could have been ooni, even till this day the household of the ooni is been debated and does not even follow a line of succession.

The Ooni was not a king but an ifa priest. The original king of ife went on a war against popular advice. Before he left he installed the priest of ife as administrattor in his absence. The king was stopped by the river Niger on his war expedition. Due to shame, he couldn't return back to ife. He turned aside and founded Oyo ilé which now metamorphosed into Oyo Empire. The ife king never returned to ife till he died but he ruled as Alaafin of Oyo in his self exile. Meanwhile the ife priest who was installed as administrator became king and was referred to as Ooni of ife. The Ooni dresses like an ifa priest till today because he is indeed an ifa priest.

This also explains why the Ooni gives up his stool to the king of Benin on a visitation. The king of bein is Omo n' ọba which means Omo Oba (Prince) in Yoruba land. With the understanding that the Oba of Benin is an ife Prince, the Ifa Priest must honour the prince whenever he visits.

Dundee, Have you seen the letter of the Oba of Bini to Ife where he called him Oghene, father?

If you had a brain, you would know Obatala and Oduduwa were both the king of Ife. And no, the Ooni dresses like Obatala which means purity & enlightenment. Ife is the home of the Yoruba hence has no empire because it controls both the east and west of the Yoruba. The great great grandchild of Oduduwa, Oranmiyan left for igodomido (a Yoruba named camp) to put order in the place while civilizing it. He left his child as the king of Bini and returned to Ife to become the king. He later left another of his child in Ife and Left for Oyo where he also became the king. Thus Oranmiyan was the link. His son at the central of Ife controls the affair of the central, East and West of the Yoruba while he was under no empire. However the West was controlled by another Oranmiyan's son in Oyo who controls the affair of the West which was under the affair of the Oyo empire. While the East of Yoruba was controlled by another of Oranmiyan's son in Bini. Hence why the Oba of Bini back then was allowed to act anyhow he liked in every Yoruba land. So, Oranmiyan was the link however Ife was the central head of everything and was under no empire hence why he was called Oghene, the father by Oba of Bini. He's the head of everything.
