1. You may not easily discover cells that suffer from thermal runways - quite a dangerous scenario speaking fron personal experience with 18650 fire

2. You can be okay with that approach if you're using it to construct small packs of 6, 9 or 12 cells. By the time you're going big with dissimilar capacities strung up in series, you can also end up with overcharge/overdischarge of dissimilar cells which will shorten the lifespan of the pack.

If you have a capacity tester though, you may be able to group together similar cells.

I'm a graduate with an MSc and a couple of job experiences under my belt. But you know how Nigeria can be sometimes your certificates don’t count for much when it comes to landing a good job.

Recently, a family friend reached out. He’s a supervisor on a six-year project sponsored by the Federal Government and an international NGO. He asked if I’d be willing to work as his personal driver. My first question was about the salary structure. He admitted the pay might not sound impressive at first, but assured me I’d enjoy the job and told me not to let the salary scare me off. He gave me 24 hours to think about it.

Since I sold my car the one I used for Bolt I’ve been home for the past eight months, doing one or two hustles here and there, but nothing with steady income. I gave it serious thought. With my degrees and the level I’ve attained, it felt like a step down to become a personal driver. But honestly, there’s not much difference between being a Bolt driver and a personal driver. So, I accepted the offer.

Even on the day of the interview, the panel made jokes at my expense. They asked if I was truly willing to humble myself as a driver despite my qualifications, saying there’s no real difference between a driver and a messenger. They questioned whether I could take instructions from WAEC and BSc holders.

Fast forward seven days into the job, I received a credit alert of ₦350,000. Every day we go on fieldwork, drivers earn ₦50,000 on top of their monthly salary. I also heard there’s a bonus coming later in the month that could be up to ₦150,000 and there are other ways I can earn extra income as the driver. My boss operates at the state level, but I heard that drivers at the national level earn around ₦130,000 per field trip, excluding their monthly salary.
The car is a brand-new Hilux, and my job is simply to drive my family friend to rural areas for official engagements and wherever else he needs to go.
The job has some extra soft benefits, and best of all, it’s pensionable.
Honestly? It’s soft work.

Good afternoon everyone in the house. Please I'd like to purchase 2 cars for e-hailing. Budget is 3M per car. 2 pilots might also be needed when purchase is perfected. No car brand or model comes to mind at the moment. All suggestions, advise, admonitions are welcome.

Shiit, that's a lot. Funny enough, the price of Corolla has really dropped right now. You can get a Nigeria used Corolla for 3.8 million. So that car is currently worth less than the 4 million in the real sense of it.
