Blue Magic: Another slowpoke replaced by another slowpokeHow did u know he is a slowpoke, abi una relate? |
elewedu: How would he ♓ανε admitted he doesn't knw the website where in earns his daily meal, cmon, that would ♓ανε messed him up all the same. He deserves the replacement, am sure he would ♓ανε done worse if it were a junior officer.it would have been better than the inept answer he gave, at least we wouldn't have to make mockery of him. Not knowing it and given a wrong address na still the same rejoinder and abysmal reaction e go generate. |
Bobbo: Those channel presenters should celebrate now... There time will come.i beg to disagree with you. they didn't in any way mastermind his sack; they professional did their job, unfortunately for oga shem he crashed himself. You should also note that the function of journalist is to expose the loop holes in the society; and that was exactly what they did...stop making it look like they orchestrated his sack. But still, no one is above mistake;tomorrow might be their turn. |
Mustay: If successful companies and institutions were built on sentiments, they wouldn't have got to where the apex of success. His gra gra attitude led him to ruin; why answer a question you have no idea about, why not just tell them that he doesn't know the address to Nscdc website...this goes along way to tell us that it is better to fail honorably than attempting what you know you don't know. |
Some individuals use interview section as an opportunity to display to the world how vast and competent they are; but for oga shem, the reverse was the case. |
You still keep repeating the same thing;fool fool...pls grow some brain and try to be constructive; stop wasting your time making utterances that has no positive effect on your person. |
dayokanu: Did they get permission from his "Oga at the top" before sacking him?I don't know if they did. |
eyenCalabar: Finally! Why nah? Who is even better [let me not use perfect] in this country sef starting from our No.1? This is not fair pls.i really feel sorry for him. |
‘My Oga at the Top’: Adesuyi replaces Shem as Lagos Commandant https://vml1.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/Shem.gif?119b56 Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC, has finally replaced Mr. Obafaiye Shem, the man who postulated the “my oga at the top” mantra, as commandant of Lagos State Command. He was replaced by Mr. Adesuyi Clement from Oyo State Command. The Commandant General of NSCDC, Dr. Olu Abolurin, who was in Lagos weekend over the alleged killing of two of his officers by some policemen, introduced the new Commandant to journalists. However, he did not give reasons for Obafaye’s removal but sources hinted that it may not be unconnected with his recent interview on Channels Television live programme. Before now, authorities of NSCDC have denied taking any disciplinary action against Mr. Shem over the said interview. Their reaction followed claims that Shem had been sacked on the orders of the Minister of Interior, who supervises the NSCDC. Shem’s ordeal started when he appeared on Channels Television morning programme ‘Sunrise’ and when asked the NSCDC website he said: “Hmmm, the website is, excuse me, my Oga at the top knows the website”. He again, cleared his throat and said: “My Oga at the top is working on the website and I don’t have them”. When the presenters insisted that he give a functioning website address of the para-military outfit, he dropped the bombshell: “ww.nscdc, that’s all”. Immediately, the interview went viral and has become so popular to the extent that t-shirts with “my oga at the top” insignia has been produced and selling like hot cake across the country, even as some DJs and musicians have done what they called a remix of the phrase. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2013/04/my-oga-at-the-top-adesuyi-replaces-shem-as-lagos-commandant/ This situation is a warning signal to all public office holders, that they shouldn't always wait for their "oga at the top" to detect what happens next...so sad that the "oga at the top" he highly and respectfully spoke about eventually sent him packing. My condolence sir. |
We have a lot of funny people here; people who just make contribution without properly reading the post. What you do is to look at the tittle of the post; and in situation where the tittle counters your own view, ideology or belief, you immediately label the person with all sort of name. I also came to discover that people who behave in this manner do not have apt command of the English grandiloquence...what you do to feel among:you gallivant round the threads trying to string together a complete sentence; and if eventually you succeed, you come up with sentence like this: "colossal demented gorilla, fool" Am guessing that is all you learn in your akara* secondary school. please monkey learn to be constructive, don't just down grade your potentials by relegating your views towards meaningless comment. If you cannot type up to four sentences, then you are a "clueless back thinking gay." |
ilugunboy: These PDP goats keep brewing handles every second and creating useless threads all over this sectionAnd who is the pdp goat? |
seanet01: ^^^^^^Monkey,it seems mama has just given u ur daily milk of stupidity. |
Tigerhead: ACN, CPC AND ANPP, YORUBA AND MUSLIMS all are part of the AXIS OF EVIL. Let us call them b their real name. You are soo right bro. |
seanet02: You cannot even spelled "Bigot" correctly.'spelled' you don't even know the right tense to use...it's spell not spelled monkey. |
This fact we can't dispute |
This Apc hustlers of power think leadership is all all about inept ranting. Nigeria is going through a spiritual and senseless ban-trey, masterminded by some unscrupulous element. The situation report shows that the sponsors of this blood sucking Islamist fundamentalist are yet to be know, yet,a lot of people would assert that the only reason why the orchestrators of this genocid are still at large is because the present government have never been sincere in approaching this issue; but the question i ask is, how would the government approach this issue to be perceived as being sincere? some senseless bigot and back thinking extremist would say, "by granting them amnesty." When ever my oral sirocco comes in contact with this four letter world, i feel this excruciating feeling that propels me to raze down the entire generations of this back-thinkers. A friend of mine narrated her ordeal to me; how their life were threatened by some water vendor(mey ruwa as the are fondly called) what they do is to investigate some families when ever they are rendering services to them; and then return in the night to continue in their act of pogrom. Some people even came out openly to blame Goodluck Jonathan, for the escalation of the activities of the boko-haramist(just as some 'follow follow' region would blame him for mosquito bite). Nigeria is a compendium of back sentimental thinkers, and if nothing is done to subvert the backward idiosyncrasy of this renowned fools, mediocrity will be a compulsory course in this country. Now to the fundamental issue:Apc...A group of prostitute politicians, after painstakingly discussing their matters of sentimental and tribalistic politics, resolved to form a party driven by loot-ism and bitterness; a party that is not geared towards alleviating the quagmatic state Nigeria finds herself today, but a party that is self centered and is only concerned about their 'biggy biggy belle'. A lot of individuals felt that the creation of this party is a prayer answered; but i tell you, if eventually this disguised looters get the opportunity to control the affairs of this country, then you all will know that goodluck Ebele jonathan is a living saint, and Abacha was a disguised prophet. APc is not what Nigerian needs; pdp is an antidote that will escalate poverty in Nigeria...I AM THE MAN YOU NEED TO SOLVE NIGERIA'S PROBLEM...VOTE ME FOR PRESIDENCY. THE NAME OF MY PARTY IS 'PRESIDENT WITHOUT SHIRT'(PWS)...Some people would say i have made no point with this post, that i wouldn't dispute, because, i am currently exploring the world of mediocrity as our politicians and some nairalanders do...THIS ARE THE SHIT WE ALWAYS SEE ON NAIRALAND POLITICS SECTION...FUCKING NIGERIAN BACK THINKING POLITICAL ANALYST. SOME OF YOU NEED TO BE SPIRITUALLY CLEANSED FROM YOUR TRIBALISTIC AND MYOPIC VIEWS. |
Here is some valid information due to recent estimations and studies. You are welcome to list your own countries if you prefer to believe what comes from your head, but if you are a student or willing to find valid information this will be your first step. 1. South Africa: South Africa (South Africa has the most powerful army in Africa; it has more harmful weapons than any other country in Africa; it is the only African country that was trying to create the Nuclear weapon but was stopped by the US. The South African National Defence Force (SANDF) this includes: South African Army, South African Navy, South African Air Force and South African Military Health Service. South Africa has recently lower their budge on army from $7.21 billion 2003 to nearly $4 billion 2011. Trained by Israeli, and British, South African solders are more armed and more trained than any other country's soldiers. 2. Egypt: According to recent study, Egypt is considered to be the second most powerful country in Africa. For many years Egypt has been the first strongest country in the continent of Africa. With number of troops exceed that of South Africa, and more suppliers from countries such as United States, Russia, France, China, Italy and United Kingdom, political instability has made an affect to Egyptian Armed Forces. This includes Egyptian Army, Egyptian Navy, Egyptian Air Force and Egyptian Air Defense Command. Egypt has increased their Armed Forces budget from $3.9 billion to $5.85 billion within the last five years. 3. Libya: 4. Morocco: 5. Nigeria: Nigeria has the second largest army by number of troops, but due to political instability and lack of equipment Nigeria has appear to be the 5th strongest country in Africa. It has been estimated that in year 2013-2018 Nigeria may get weaker. 6. Tanzania: Tanzania has the most powerful army in East Africa; The Tanzania Peoples' Defence Force (TPDF) (Swahili: Jeshi la Wananchi wa Tanzania (JWTZ) the one defeated Idi Amin of Uganda with big help form Muammar Al-Gaddafi of Libya and . The Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) The Tanzania People' Defence Force includes Land Forces Command, Naval Command, Air Force Command, and Military Intelligence. Julius Kambarage Nyerere (The first Tanzania's President) prepared president Laurent Desire Kabila of DR Congo to take over the powerful Mobutu Sese Seko Nkuku Ngbendu WA Zabanga; also prepared his son Joseph Kabila. Tanzania has trained Congolese solders in Tabora and Kigoma region for Kabila to return in Congo and take over power. Both Kabilas father and son were schooled and lived most of their lives in Tanzania before returning to Congo. Tanzania Also prepared Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who also schooled and lived in Tanzania before the Tanzania and Uganda war that resulted in defeating Dictator Idi Amin. Most Uganda leader got help from Tanzania before becoming leaders. This includes: Tito Lutwa Okello, Yusuf Kironde Lule, and Bazilio Olara-Okello. Recently, Tanzania did not want to send his solders in Somalia but offer training to Somali solders who will soon return to protect their country. Tanzania sent 924 soldiers to lead the African Union Solders in Comoros's Island to take Colonel Mohamed Bacar of Anjouan off power. Tanzania has the 3rd largest army in number troops after Ethiopia, and Eritrea, and recently considered the second in equipment after Kenya, but with more well trained troops. In 1981 Kenya was consider to be the 4th strongest nation in East Africa after Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Somalia. In 1994 Kenya was considered the 3rd strongest country in East Africa after Somalia and Uganda having both economic and political instability caused by war and dictatorship. The estimation indicates that Kenya will get even stronger within next 5-10 years. Kenya has the higher army budget in East Africa followed by Ethiopia. 2012 estimation shows Kenya is using 5.3% of its GDP in military. This includes: Kenya Army, Kenya Navy and Kenya Air Force. 10. Uganda: Rate This Answer source:www.wikianswers.com In my own opinon this ranking is soo wrong...if south africa, egypt and co are ranked above Nigeria, why are we the only African country that keeps sending our military personals to help restore peace in other troubled regions in Africa? in my own opinion, being the strongest military shouldn't be about 'them have' but it should be about action; and Nigeria has shown that in countless occasions. |

One faithful day, i was having a conversation with a very close friend of mine, on how i felt before i went for my hiv test and discovered i was negative. In the course of our discussion, i was taken aback when my friend confided in me that he is hiv positive. I felt shock at first because he looked so healthy. He told me how things became very difficult for him after the discovery that he is hiv positive. He pleaded that i should help him in any way i can; and i thought it wise to ask for your help assistance and advice great Nairalanders. My friend happens to be a very brilliant guy and he is working very hard to have a bright future. He schools in one of the institutions in Nasarawa state, while his parents resides in Abuja. For him, being hiv positive meant his future has crashed and there is nothing he can do to change things. However, i did let him know that being hiv positive doesn't mean all is gone and lost. He said he has being positive since February last year, and he is yet to take any medication because he doesn't have the money to get the drugs. Pls advice me on how to help; your candid advice is greatly needed. Thanks and God bless you. |
According to THE NET's story, the reason for the family feud stemmed from Sina Rambo and B-Red believing that Davido was doing little to promote their works and was intentionally releasing singles and music videos to overshadow their singles. "Sources tell us a big fight allegedly ensued between Davido and cousins B Red and Sina Rambo some weeks back in Atlanta – The cousins had accused Davido of not doing much for their careers as much as he should after they chose him as the label’s front line act. They also accused him of not giving them a chance to fully promote their new singles only to overshadow them at any given chance."- THE NET. The fight between the cousins was physical which led to properties being damaged in their Atlanta home. Davido left his cousins in Atlanta to perform alongside Nas in Houston. After his performance he flew straight to Nigeria leaving B-Red and Sina Rambo stuck in Atlanta. B-Red is back in the country, Sina however is still in Atlanta. B-Red who is Davido's hype man hasn't been with him on stage in his last couple of shows. He was also conspicuously absent at Davido's mum's remembrance. After the clash, B-Red and Sina Rambo are planning on leaving HKN. B-Red and Sina Rambo are the sons of Davido's father's senior brother. Sina Rambo released his debut single 'Ijo Sina' featuring Davido last October. B-Red dropped his introductory single 'Insane Girl' featuring Davido in February. Not long after that, Davido was seen partying with Wizkid in Lagos. |

REMINISCING STORY ABOUT MY SECONDARY SCHOOL............... “Stupid boy like you, every time you go just dey dirty this bonk; time don reach wey I go teach you lesson” Olisa sputtered. He swings his hands pass my face, hoping to clip it to my oily cheek; but I did put a great resistance: I quickly moved my head slightly back, crossing my right hand through my face… with my left hand supporting it, I fended off his slap. “Ijiot boy, after ref make sure say you don lie down here they wait for me, if not, I go chop your father” he exploded…I knew a reply to his statement would escalate my ominous insinuation that I was in a deep soup. I gave him a rancid look when it was obvious he was no longer looking at me; and stealthily exited the hostel. I was obviously in a transmogrified state; envisaging what my punishment might look like, and foreseeing a possibility of meeting an empty pot in the refectory. I had just exited the veranda that connects st Cornelius, st John, and st peter hostel; when my attention was drawn elsewhere…three guys were having a fierce argument about something; it seemed they were playing the game of “double daring”…I could hear their voice, but it seemed they were muttering the words among themselves. I strained my ears to decipher what the argument was about, but my assiduous effort seemed effortless…I giggled my favorite refrain “don’t presume, don’t presume, don’t presume” oh ah! I exclaimed, when I remembered what Peter told me some moment ago:”Adakwa(first come, first serve) go dey today oh, make sure say you go refectory quick” I immediately accelerated my pace, scurrying like a hungry wild dog. “ Kpai kpai kpai” it rang, I could hear the clasping sound of a plate and a cutlery ”thank goodness me!” I exclaimed…I felt happy knowing I was not alone; Agba ref(the great consumer) was at my back, leaping like a kangaroo; it seemed he had a fracture on his leg. But I was amazed at the fact that: he still ran faster than me…we eventually got to the refectory, and we were both headed for our destination: Agba ref raced to the extreme corner of the refectory, while I walked to the table close to the left wing exit door. Peter was wrong after all: King j was in full control of the refectory “please don’t let me get you” he explosively cautioned us(cant still recall how he phrased his words). I looked randomly around the refectory; I saw Augustine sitting calmly-with his both hands crossed on the table, and his front side jaw resting on them; I guess he was observing the sharer. Roti was dishing out rice and stew charismatically; Micky was regulating the process of sharing, ensuring he curtails any mal-distribution. Then my attention was drawn to another wing of the refectory…I saw Jude having a conversation with leonard; it seemed to me like a very interesting conversation…Godwilling , Slvester , Omale , Jerry , Emmanuel, Timothy , Ife, Godwin , Nnamdi,David …etc now circled them like sydine, I moved quickly to join in the conversation, but it seemed they were concealing the topic of discussion from me. Feeling isolated and dejected, I sluggishly turned to leave, when suddenly I heard: “ACHEBIRI GO TOUCH MISS PRISCA BREAST.” |
Tygood: When u are in luv,it is somehw difficult to find any rational n cogent reasons of why u luv dat person..Invariably you are saying the effect of love can affect our judgement? you see, a lot of people are of the view that when an individual falls in love, he becomes a fool.I hold a conflicting view about this school of thought. There are various reasons why people fall in love: some for the money; some for the physical make-up; others, for the characteristics an individual possesses. However, the things that surrounds or militates to our relationship determines where it leads us to. A relationship characterized by lost would give birth to dummy's who do not know why they love; but, if the relationship is characterized admiration and respect, then rational thinking individuals who would be the final product. |
