I got 2 fair-sized live chickens at NGN2,500 each. I attribute it to divine favour though.

Ofada is more expensive because of its limited production.

Foreign rice is more expensive because of difficulty in its importation, and very high custom duties.

Our local producers are also importing the paddy.

They answer to the Chief of Army Staff.
The Chief of Army Staff in turn answers to the Commander in Chief, Mr President.
In Nigeria, CoDS is somewhat a figurehead position.
But if the CoAS cooperates with him and truly respects him, both of them can stop the killing spree in North Central.
The solution is to have a division or battalion that answers to him directly, without the interference of the CoAS.
He can use the soldiers in the division or battalion for special operations anywhere he sees fit.
