I haven't o, my biometrics was on 14th of Sep, and I know of someone that also did on 14th standard that has even collected visa. I don't know whats happening to the rest of us

Wow, thanks for this info. I'm just knowing this, please what usually determines this date you can arrive? Is it the latest commencement date or the date you put in your application that you want to arrive the UK

No. Visas, especially student visas can be postdated weeks or days after a decision is made so even if you get your visa on August 1, you might not be able to use it till August 15 and beyond if that's the date on the visa.

I thought it's supposed to be from the date of issue to the next 90 days that you're expected to arrive in UK

The labor strike only affects government workers, I don't think DHL or visa application will be affected

Received decision mail this morning for us family of 4.

I don't think there is anybody that did on 10th or 11th standard that has collected visa at least none that I've seen

Learnt it takes 6,7 working days now.

You don't need to upload your checklist you are only to upload the documents listed on your checklist

I got this too this morning and i am a little scared cos i didnt do phone interview.

I don't think you even need to upload your dad's international passport, your birth certificate is what is needed, the birth certificate should show your father's name as corresponding to the bank statement. The middle name is not compulsory though, but there has to be a first and last name

You can enter the UK as soon as you get your visa. Your visa will have a 90 day period, you can't enter the UK again after the 90 days

They won’t actually track you per se. But at point of entry you’d be asked how much money you have. There are questions you’d be asked and if they don’t check out they will dig deeper.
But all in all, the money should be available to you at that point anyways.

I don't know how they do it but all I know is that it's better to leave the money at least till you enter the UK and if you must spend it tuition then you should have a receipt

I thought the money was for school fees and leaving expenses.

I'm trying to understand why they just decided to cancel credibility interviews, I thought it was a crucial process in a study visa application

Feedback from yesterday was that interviews were suspended and applicants told to go home..They were told they would be contacted for telephone interviews if needed..seems it is ongoing today as well..

I think you should have because there was an instruction in the application that you should upload any previous visa but at least you've indicated it and there is nothing you can do so just hope for the best

I heard that it's everywhere that they've put video interview on hold but there is still going to be phone interview so prepare well

Yes, you need to upload your current passport page, old and stamped passport pages, as well as past visa pages if you've travelled before but I don't think you need to upload empty passport pages, just make sure you have an empty passport page

1 last question about this, they also uploaded their past and current visa pages, stamped passport pages and empty passport pages. I do not think that is necessary as I wasn't asked to upload that and I am a frequent flyer, I never upload such except when asked by embassies like Canada.

I just got off the phone now - I just got a second interview today, i wasnt called before now, the call came in and asked if i was prepared i said yes.. And it was a 36min phone interview.. So house be prepared ooo if u are called , i was asked all the question in the whole world.

Were you informed about the interview before hand and also, what means did the interview take place: Skype, WhatsApp or anything else?
