You got it right, its simply because of tribalism that the support 15T for a road project while all the federal roads in bad shape across the country got N300b in the budget

Some people have a genetic trigger that makes them add weight without effort. Anything they eat gets transferred to body fat. Some can however eat anything and everything and still not gain weight due to high metabolism. That's nature at work.
