It is good to pray but can also give if you have. Do not let the case be like that of a traveler on the road to Jericho. The priest and pastor passed by without helping the victim. They may as well have told him "oh, it is well with you brother, be of good cheers"

Why not report this without bias in your heart. Why do you need to attach her church to this case. You had even gone ahead to put the logo off RCCG. Na, the church kill the woman? The act could as well been perpetrated by any person irrespective of denomination or religion. It is very obvious you are bias towards the church. Repent or receive God's judgement.

CareerRe: Difference Between Computer Science And Computer Engineering Course? by dquantom: 12:33pm On Apr 03, 2017
I will advise you go for computer engineering. Despite all you have heard about Nigeria universities, computer science is no better. The school I finished for example was offering computer with mathematics. The students realized their was no difference between their colleagues studying pure maths. I had a friend who regretted studying that course as against engineering.

Outside the country, computer science is okay. But while in Nigeria, will advise you go for computer engineering.

PoliticsRe: 236 People Buried After IDP Camp Bombing By Nigerian Jet - Official by dquantom: 8:29am On Jan 24, 2017
Imagine killing over 200 innocent citizens. If this mistake had happened during GEJ's tenure, the northerners would have shouted the government wants to reduce the population of the region. That their brother are being killed. Now they are silent. I tell you this country has never been as divided as what we have now since independence.
PoliticsRe: Olubunu Of Bunu Refuses To Shake Yahaya Bello (Photo) by dquantom: 8:10pm On Jan 22, 2017
Bunu is not a town but a group of villages/towns that speak the same dialect in Okun land(yoruba speaking people of Kogi state). Bunu is made up of communities like Oke-Bukun, Aiyegunle Igun, Odo-Ape and so many communities I cannot mention here. Each community has its own Oba. The entire Bunu land has the Olubunu.

In a like manner, we have the Owe people that comprise of Kabba town and other villages. The Owe people have the Obaro of Kabba.

Also, the Ijumu people (Iyara , Ekinrin Ade, Aiyetoro Etc) .-Olujumu of Ijumu Land.

The Yagbas also have various communities with a general Oba.

The Oworos too in Lokoja LGA with Olu of Oworo. Various communities also exist.

These are the Okun speaking people in Kogi. We speak Yoruba dialect.

Okun o!!!!

Bunu is a town in Okun land of Kogi state. We are a dialect of Yoruba.

In Yoruba land, you do not strect ur hands to a King.

Capisce?
Wo se baba.

Let him do same to his supposedly father, the promotion.
quote author=Simongm post=53034566]It came as a rude shock when the Governor of Kogi state, Yahaya Bello breached a traditional rite of Okun people yesterday by extending his hand to shake the Olubunu of Bunu land in Kogi state.

But guess what...the Oba shun' him!
Mr. Governor, resepct Yoruba culture next time.
BusinessRe: Preventing People From Accessing Their Money Via ATM Is An Invitation To Anarchy by dquantom: 1:18pm On Dec 25, 2016
So I should buy dried fish and stockfish using pos?
1wolex85:
Oga you need to calm down. Nobody is preventing anybody from having access to their money
Yes there is shortage of physical cash, people should use other channels, if you take your atm to a shop and pay via atm or you transfer money, it will still go. So it is wrong to say people are being denied access to their money
CBN has focused so much on the Dollar issue this year that they have not expanded on their cashless policy. That is the real issue.

I posted this on an earlier thread,
What CBN needs to do is deepen the implementation of Mobile Money. In Kenya, once I have your phone number, I can transfer money to you. This also saves a lot of money in printing cash. Another option is to take advantage of cash based businesses and use them as mobile money agents. For example, I should be able to walk into a Petrol station or supermarket, deposit money in their account through their POS and they give me the cash equivalent. It will help this businesses reduce their cash calls and bank trips.
PoliticsRe: Pro-Biafrans Protest Against Buhari's Visit In Enugu. Photos by dquantom: 2:16pm On Dec 22, 2016
Goodluck Jonathan was stoned in one of his visit to the northern state as president. Was he not a president and has the right to visit any region he governs?
XXLDICK:
Even though I'm not a fan of Buhari, but this is damn stupid and shows chronic hatred.

He is the president and can visit wherever he wants to.
PoliticsRe: Thick Black Particles: Trouble In Port-Harcourt City!! by dquantom: 5:53pm On Dec 08, 2016
We first noticed this black dust over a month ago. My wife had initially thought our little girl messed up the kitchen with blackened pots until we realised this. Our feet are always black and needed to wash them before going to bed. Mopped the entire floor again and come back to see dust.
