How certain are you that the op will be affected by his neighbour's pounding proclivities? Who here is an expert on pounding in Sub-Saharan Africa to ascertain that when pounding is done at odd hours, the pounder is most likely pounding human parts? Is the pounding done in the op's kitchen?

To answer your question, passive smoking is dangerous for an adult, and even more so in children. Not sure I can say the same for pounding though but then again, I am not n expert in the field.

I totally agree. 650k is barely 500 dollars. If I am the executive assistant to Bill Gates, I would expect to be paid higher than this. Being fresh out of school means nothing as she could be more enterprising and tech savvy than her older colleagues. I, for one, am impressed she asked for more money. Either respond with a yes or no.
