yimiton, I'm glad for you !! Though d receipt might have helped bt its not really neccessary & I also remember a neighbour of mine who had same issue months back & slot replaced d phone. I personally do not advice "touching" a phone when its just few months after purchase & moreso, when its still within d warranty period except d user insists & d fault is as a result of d user's negligence.

Are they replacing it with same brand/model? or u have to choose another??
