Rating... Some dealhunters here even worthy of 5 star have been called out. More over this is buisiness, Some would still take the risk even if dealhunter has one star. Infact we see one star sellers on oferrup and we still buy from them So that does little.


Mind y'all... There's nothing that can be done to stop bad buisiness. Somehow, somewhere buisiness will always go bad(reason why we have police stations close to most markets in Nigeria) . These are gadgets which are likely not to always be in perfect condition. There's not much we can do about it. deal hunting can't be stopped cos of the persistent issues here and there. But we are matured enough. We know the right thing. LET'S DO IT.

Lastly taking a huge loss is not easy. But remember your days of winning to ease it.

why should deal hunter pay 40% of failed pickup fee? His contract expires once he has handed all details to the link buyer and link buyer pays him, and also after picker has contacted the item seller and item is unsold at that moment, anything else after that point should be between link buyer and picker. You can only plead with deal hunter to refund maybe 30% of the fee collected for the link on compassionate grounds.

You really touched a salient point with number 2, most deals that go south didn't happen over here, but they'll come here to disturb our peace and wildchild1 would not let me breathe, anyone picking a deal from here should quote the person's post to indicate, then they can go seal on WhatsApp.

First thing first McMayor called me around 7:30pm before posting the issue here, i didnt even know you and he didnt mention any name but i told him not to call anyone out that we can iron the issue behind closed doors. I just told him i would call him back in an hour time that i cant talk much in the office. Unfortunately, i didnt leave the office till 10:15pm and that was when i saw that he already posted the issue, i called him immediately and he told me what transpired, when i got home i saw that you have replied also. Its a 3-man issue, i've only heard from 2, then i messaged Lionlee and he said his own side hence i came up with my conclusion. So i didnt hear from 2 people, i took your words here as your own part of the story.

Picker admitted responsibility of not picking exactly same IMEI as what you sent him, thats fine but the reality is that both IMEIs are not same. As such, picker told you to return the phone to Omic and he would replace it with an iPhone 7 Plus 32GB, on the condition that its not wiped, i have the VN Lionlee sent to you. But this is what i think, you believe so much in the IMEI the seller gave you, couple with the high profit you've made on the phone, as such you never passed the information to McMayor at the appropriate time, instead you kept reassuring him the phone doesnt have iCloud (bro,thats greed). Your assurance prompted McMayor to wipe/restore the phone, note that very well. So you dont have to tell him in written words or voice call before he can do that.

I am surprised at your consistent and unnecessary "greed" tag you're pasting on the guy, leave sentiments and treat the issue as plain as it is.
McMayor didn't get what he paid for and He deserves a refund.
Picker didn't pick what he was asked to pick and even went further to confirm that he picked the right item.
So he merely acted with full certainty about what he sold due to the fact that the imei he was given was clean and also the picker confirmed it that he picked that exact phone. You're being unnecessarily harsh on him especially considering that the full fault lies with the picker.
The only issue I may not agree to is the fact that he is tying McMayor to the picker even though they may be indirectly connected.

are you saying that the IMEI on the SIM tray is different from what the seller gave you?
and that the IMEI on the SIM tray is the phone's correct IMEI and would show the real lock status when checked ?

there is only one way to confirm imei on a passcode locked iPhone and that is done by checking the imei on the sim tray.

Mind you, the sim tray of my iPhone can get lost and I'll have to get another one bearing the imei on the one it was pulled out from.

so in that case I'll have a different imei on my phone and different imei on my sim tray.

But if a deal hunter surrenders all information including the contact of the original seller to the deal buyer, then he has zero responsibility and can't be blamed or liable.

That's why it is important that a deal hunter has knowledge of what he is "deal hunting" for, so you don't go and hunt pussycat and tell deal buyer that you hunt lion. You're the first and maybe only point of contact with the original seller, your proficiency matters, even though picker too may help as a last point of contact during pick up.

Abraham managed to answer my call on the 10th of April and told me that the last item containing two pair of shoes were missing. He insisted that he will reorder the missing shoes which i refused at first, I told him that the owner of those shoes was pissed already and that I am about making a refund to him. I beg him to calculate the kg of the shoes available so I can make payment for it. I didn't ask him to refund me but to use the money for the missing shoes to clear the available ones but he refused.
Long story short, he paid for the reorder on the 12th of April and his Chinese partner Mr Pablo received the order on the 18th of April.
Today is 17th May exactly 1 month since Tugrow received my goods in his Chinese warehouse, I have been calling him and sending series of WhatsApp messages but no reply or call back. Now its like I will be getting a new story on how the reordered shoes got missing again. Pls help me tell tugro to pls give me the reordered shoes or refund my money I have lost a lot already. I sent a complaint to dominique but I didn't get any response. Pls help me beg this guy its almost 4 months now, those shoes were pre ordered and I have refunded the owner I wonder how long it will take me to sell them now to get my money back.

I improvised using aluminum rails with bolts, nuts and washers. 4" inches nails are used to fasten the rails on the roof and screws and bolts are used to hold the panels on the rails.

What you've quoted does not imply worship in any way and in fact there are situations where it is permissible for a Muslim to break their prayer.

You can't draw up a statement and interpret it for them, Muslims never claim to worship mortals, they abhor it evidently, if your mother is dearer to you, does that mean you worship her ? it merely means you value her more than any other worldly material, likewise we all have things that are dearer to us, just like some can kill for their sons or daughters, some can kill for their cars!

No they don't worship him, they respect him just like all the other prophets and don't distinguish between them, they only refer to him because he was the one that brought the rulings as sent by Allaah and most especially because he is the last of the prophets and the seal, so it makes more sense quoting and referencing the updated and last version of a law, he isn't anything but a mortal like every other human being.



Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 136:

Say (O Muslims), "We believe in Allah and that which has been sent down to us and that which has been sent down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaque (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and to Al-Asbat [the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], and that which has been given to Musa (Moses) and 'Iesa (Jesus), and that which has been given to the Prophets from their Lord.
