sincerely, if this goes down the negative way it won't be fair to all concerned. here are people struggling to put things together and make a honest living and someone thinks he should make things worse for them?
it's quite disappointing that you can buy from china & receive it here without losing sleep or having a high blood pressure but when you seek the help of your fellow compatriot who you believe should understand your plight and make things easier for you, it only gets worse.
....anyway there's always a repercussion, tho like I said earlier, I sincerely hope this doesnt go the negative way.

except you get a different case or if you have a similar phone with such lens cover, you could peel it off and replace

awesome99: early this year i bought a NOKIA C6-01 sent from abroad,i've been using it till mid this year when i was in school.....it happened like this,the phone normaly hangs,turns off nd reboots most times so it became a normal thing to me.whenever it hangs,trips off,it boots by it self......on one faithful day,i was busy playing game on my phone when it suddenly hanged,so i jus relaxed hoping it was gonna turn off,nd eventually reboot as usual.i was suprised when it didnt turn off rather it jus remaind as if i paused the game i was playing....i then had to remove the battery of my phone to turn it off nd placed it back.Do you know that up till now my phone has not displayed?....it turns up by vibrating first,but the screen is jus plain black,i then tried calling my phone to knw if it would ring it rang nd was suprised when i taped the blank screen and the call was answered....my phone turns on,the touch screen still works but the screen remains plain unlike the three buttons dey display light....sorry for the long story..what could be the fault cos i visited a nokia care shop i was told the screen is still good but till now the fault has not been retified......thanks in anticipation

are you sure the covering of the camera lens isnt scratched or dirty? please check

Bros,I use curve7.its giving me problem.most times,it goes off and reload itself.this happens everyday,infact somedays,it could happen upto 5 times.I was told that the phone should be wipe and it was done,yet the problem persist.the camera doesn't snaps,when attempting to snap,it tells me to close apps on background,but even wen I do as said,it doesn't snap.what should I do?

I'm having some issues with my Nokia E5. It started about 4 days ago. First, I redownloaded my Whatsapp chat application but can't get it installed. I keep getting "unable to install" beep and message.
Then two days back, a single tiny dot appeared on the centre of the screen, some few hours later, the dot had spread from a single dot to a straight line from one end of the phone to another. And in the last 24 hours, the thickness of the line has increased, and it seems not willing to stop.
So, what could be wrong with the phone?

get the trackpad replaced, it can be tested at the point of purchase then if it's still same behaviour get a tech to check it
