My Tecno N7 suddenly started popping up this error "unfortunately the process android.process.acore has stopped" after doing a factory reset as requested by an Intending Buyer.

The phone is a rooted one with just one modification.

The modification was, I removed the Stock Contact app and installed a custom on from app store. Apart from the above error, i also tried re-installing the stock contact app (Which i backed up before removing), but it keeps generating an error "Application cant be installed"

The phone has been working perfectly well for the last 3 months until few hours ago when i did the reset.

I have tried searching for solution on the net, but none has solved the problem.

Kindly help out.

have you also reinstalled the custom app?
it's either you find someone who has a backed up stock rom & you flash it or visit tecno Carl care

My samsung G. S3 started freezing and den I'll restart it and it will work normally. But somtime lastweek , it started freezing like evry hour or less.
Den I did a wipe/factory reset(vol key up + power+ menu). Still the same problem. After 3 days or so, d fone has been frozen, it comes on , but screen touch is unresponsive.
Please wat do I do?

tecno Carl care is your best bet. check for their closest office from the Carl care application on any tecno phone around you.

switch off the phone, hold down lower vol key then press power switch & let the phone boot to recovery then wipe it.

I'm sorry I can't allow the existence of this thread because it would degenerate into an avenue for exchange of tantrums and the likes because most of the fanboys do not handle comparisons in a civil and well mannered way.
