if so you have no option except to boot in recovery mode n wipe it.

if you have a spare battery, try powering the phone with it or charge the battery with the conventional desktop charger for a couple of minutes..30 then try powering the phone with it.

He as done bis yet none of the bb apps ( bbm, bb browser, etc) are working, even whn I switched my own bis enabled sim inside the phone nothing worked.
Also, the edge doesn't capitalize (as in from edge to Edge).
He has been 2 mtn, yet they say d fault is from the phone.
I even recently used my system 2 re install the OS (os 5.1), yet nothing changed.
Nothing else is browsing apart from 2go and whatsapp.
Pls what can I do
Also, since he can't download apps, how else can he install these apps on his phone?

Type 'convert dollar to naira' and u will get the latest x-change rate. If na pounds, type 'convert pounds to naira' and vise versa

also go and check your transaction history in "my orders" on aliexpress. and always check your mails....use instant mail on your phone or pc because aliexpress usually send notifications

aliexpress can't give out your money unless you confirm product received or the transaction period expired and you didn't open dispute.
