I agree that some accounts may have data integrity issues. What about those that do not have such like mince. i have exchanged emails and calls with MBA so why those accouts with good data integrity not migrated. MBA has not informed their customers of any plan or reason to migrate them to your online platform. If indeed MBA wants to do this, at worst you use your various channels including social media to reach out to all customers. They come to the office and update their contracts required for migration.
