TheGoodJoe: Height of ignorance. We are talking about Post MRI, that is from 2013, there must be MRI scan of wrist of all players to determine they are within FIFA's U17 criteria. You are talking Phillip Osondu of 1987. You dey answer that dunce. |

Tomorrow when I say make Seun give me mod work, e go be like say na play, see the incompetent person that posted that rubbish on FP......I swear the thing is still annoying me You are right and It is very annonying how nigerians display their ignorance to the world..CHeck out that "papa age nonsense thread" see how many ignorant evil people i had to put in order....Someone even said that it is easy to cheat the MRI scan by taking cereal and water as if he has done it it before. |

Chukzyfcb: You are actually the one talking Trash. You think the test is cheap that can be done by local football bodies eh oga The Mri test is done by the country hosting the tournament. So ofcourse you know its fifa funded....Fruits & Cereals to scale test? Haha God abeg ooo, linus full dis nairaland. My brother you have said it all, it is obvious that so many ediots are on Nairaland.... Imaging someone saying that FIFA is not involved in the conducting of MRI scan and also said that you just need to take fruits and cereal to pass the test....I weep for this country!!! |

dabossman: It's not about justifying it because others do it. It's about the way we throw unfounded aspersions at every U-17 or U-20 player without any proof that they are age cheats. If we really want to stop the trend of age falsification, then we should NAME and SHAME. Adokiye Amasiemeka did so, and Fortune Chukwudi's career ended pronto. It's unfair to just look at a squad of 18 players and just conclude that they are all over-aged without any shred of proof. Do we label all American athletes as drug cheats simply because Marion Jones, Justin Gatlin and some of their other athletes failed drug tests? Should we conclude that every gold medal won by an American, Russian or Chinese athlete was won because they are drug cheats?
Let's all stop playing holier than thou. If we use over-aged players then we are all guilt. From the parents of those players, to their teachers, classmates, those in their neighbourhoods, their Pastors, Priests, Imams, Academy coaches, national team coaches, everyone whose "brothers-cousins-friend" was in the same school with the age cheat and even the press who can expose cheats by just digging a little into their history. Enough of all these baseless aspersions. If you have proof, NAME and SHAME. Until then, we will just have to accept FIFA and their MRI scan.
And enough of all this Nigeria has won the World Cup, but haven't won the senior world cup blah blah blah. Argentina have won U20 five times between 1995-2007 and haven't won the World Cup since 1986. And that is a country with a much bigger pedigree than ours. You deserve a Presidential award. So many Nigerians are just fo0lish....they just look at a player and conclude that they are age cheats without any substantial evidence to back the claim.....That's why as a nation we can't move forward. |

mpowa: He was right, some fools will still say trash. it's a known fact, Mri or not that Nigeria cheats, I don't understand why people like celebrating stupidity, insanity is doing thesame thing and expecting a different result. Nigeria has the highest trophies worldwide at the under 17 level, yet we never even won under 21 or under 23. we've never gotten to quarter finals at the senior level, who is fooling who?
You think FIFA are fooled, you think fifa don't know we cheat, they've just allowed us to enjoy our stupidity, our shortcuts to happiness, I don't celebrate any under 17, I don't celebrate mediocrity, I guess the only set I can forgive are the Ihenacho's set because I think they're relatively younger, but they''ll still be around twenty.
This is what we do in every other facets in Nigeria, it's all about the results, nobody want to do anything right, but like the under 17 victories that we like to celebrate -we win today, we weep tomorrow. How do you know that FIFA is allowing us to enjoy shortcuts to happiness? Are you currently working for FIFA? Please if you don't have any substantial proof to disparage the MRI scan, it is better that you keep shut and stop giving beer parlour conclusions. |

As long as they are still spending out of the money their father stole from us, they will forever remain guilty of corruption, theft and dictatorship as their father. Let them return the stolen wealth if they are not the same as their father. |

Yoruba language will be spoke in Peckham 5. that Dragonking will for ever remain a dumb fuk 1.So does all Hollywood movie production 100% guaranteed without an error? 2.The earth is 70% water and not 100%.. The earth is neither 100% land nor 100% water. 3. If gravity was 100% we won't have anti gravity machines working on earth and used by astronauts to float in research labs by NASA? 4.This is just too senseless to begin with. 5. Can you prove that they are not less than 25years...Why don't you write and complain to Fifa about how inefficient and error filled their MRI scan is if you have substantial evidence against the age of the boys..Ode oshi. There is nothing in this world that is 100% guaranteed.... FIFA carried the MRI scan and conducted the tournament and they are not complaining about the age of the boys so why should you, a nobody without any substantial proof come out to spew trash about these boys....Nonsense |

Missy89: do you know the difference between a professional contract and representing your country? or you need a tutorial? are they professionals? How silly? So representing your country is not professional? So the super eagles are not professionals because they play for the country? Do you know if they played in other clubs before the tournament..... It is not a must they must play for Chelsea or barca before they are tagged as professionals... Do you know that once your country don't call you for football, you club career is as good as over(unless you retire for the national team)...Go and find out why the recent man utd keeper had to resign a new contract with the club when he was told that he want play for the country if he sits on the bench at club level. |

kadis007: Dear biafrans I support ur struggle 100% but my problem is ur approach. I would want to suggest the following procedures and i can assure u its going to work out successfully. if u can unite and follow the following steps then i can tell, welcome to the Republic of Biafra in advance. STEP 1 withdraw all ur services from Nigeria and render the Nigerians as u are the backbone of the country STEP 2 Withdraw your kinsmen who are public office holders e.g Ike Ekweremadu, deputy senate president, Peter Obi the D.G of S.E.C STEP 3 Reject all the ministerial nomination from the so called Nigeria. STEP 4 Endeavour to reject Federal Allocation. u re very industrious people u will be better off without it STEP 5 Stop all form of importation through the Nigerian sea port so that Nigeria will crumble without ur Tax STEP 6 Recall all your sons and daughters from all parts of Nigeria to relocate to home untill this fight is over then Nigeria can beg them to come back as expatriate STEP 7 Lock up all ur shops in idumota, Alaba international, Kano main market, and every other market even in the remote villages accross the country. STEP 8 Go beyond closing of the Niger bridge stop all Nigerians from buying or selling in Onitsha Main market or Ariaria market in Aba. STEP 9 Make sure u make ur Visa very hard for Nigerians. STEP 10 This fight can be achieved without Violence just like south Sudan. Finally, make sure u dont fight it with weapons. Igbo kwenu!!! hee! . lol |
