Nigeria and Ghana are currently in talks aimed at averting a drastic gas supply cut threat, thus avoiding a potential diplomatic crisis between the two countries.
The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) said it will cut gas supply by 70 per cent to Ghana’s main power generation company by Friday due to unpaid debts of $181 million.
Ghana already suffers power shortages and Nigerian gas meets about 25 percent of its needs.
According to a Ghanian government spokesman, a Ghanaian government delegation is already in NIgeria holding emergency talks with Nigerian officials.
“They are already in Nigeria. They left Ghana last night. We are praying that they are able to negotiate … so that it doesn’t come to a cut in supply,” a spokesman for the power ministry told Joy FM radio on Thursday.

Power cuts have raised the cost of doing business and angered voters at a sensitive time for Ghana’s President John Mahama’s government ahead of what is expected to be a tough re-election battle next year.
Nigerian gas flows to Ghana through the West African Gas Pipeline Company’s pipe that runs via Benin and Togo. VRA buys the gas to fire power plants mainly in the east of the country.
Hydro supplies around 50 percent of Ghana’s power with the rest from its own gas and other sources.
The power crisis stems from a fall in supply from Ghana’s dams, government underpayment to the Electricity Company of Ghana, residents’ illegal consumption and tariffs too low for VRA to recoup its costs.

I just watched the first episode of America Horror Story: Hotel....LOVED IT!!! I have only seen parts of the other seasons but will faithfully tune in for 'Hotel' weekly.

I found it to be creepy, funny, gory, suspenseful, and very sexy in a psycho type of way...lol. But of course I'd like this kind of show afterall I am a huge Penny Dreadful fan with edgy tastes in entertainment, hehehe . What did you think of the premier?

Also, did u see all of Fear The Walking Dead season 1?

Wow...I am about to watch American horror story tonight and I guess it will be pretty awesome but not as awesome as penny dreadful.
Well as for FTWD yeah it got only a bit interesting at episodes 5and 6...But they lost a lot of viewers due to the delay of releasing the zombies. People wanna see zombies and not some annoying person.

I have heard talk of this series in other topic, i dont no if your the same person but i must say so far i haven't seen anything good in it. I am in s01 ep6, and i haven't even connected with any of the characters yet. It seems you are well inclined in all things penny dreadful.

So will the series get better from here or is this the best it can do. Just wondering tho cause the remaining episodes of s1 has being on my phone for weeks now n i can't just bring my self to finish it. So if you have any push to gv me please do cause am on the verge of deleting it.

Now back to Heroes, I really expected more from this series because of the trailers i had watched till now. Am not saying its not good cause it is. But its just not epic u no. But hell the series just started, hopefully the best is yet to come

guy i couldnt even bring myself to watch it and i even downloaded the latest episode yesterday. i spent time with breaking bad. i also watched season premiers of big bang theory and greys anatomy. i am watching saeson 3 of breaking bad now, i have downloaded all 5 seasons so have a lot to watch. maybe this weekend though.

meanwhile i have started the penny dreadful
