Every freeze is meant to identify the winner if the person who pressed it got the puzzle right.

Venita pressed the bell and biggie froze them in order to check her puzzle.

She pressed first and not Ike

Venita got it wrong and Ike was meant to press the bell immediately after that freeze as the beginning of the second chance for a new winner but he did not

Khafi pressed first during that second chance and Biggie asked them to freeze again.
