I woke this morn and switched on my TV set, only to find out that my TV was showing me scrambled channel. the last time i checked, i wasn't owing hitv. Is there any problem with hitv? please i need to know and how soon is the problem going to be solved.

Well i think is an area both companies should look into. A merge, considering the recession currently happening everywhere. Even GTV in Ghana has gone under because of the global crisis. it will be a great thing to see hitv and daarsat coming together to push dstv out of the market finally. what they should work out should include areas of affordability for all their subscribers and moving from SD to HD. I have watched movies in HD and i must say i am indeed impressed with what i see. If they combine, that will bring about over 75+ channels and what more can a man ask for. Quality channels. EPL, laliga and German league and quality programming from local and foreign. DAARHITV truly naija

I got the surprise of my life when i got home yesterday and found a Hitv magazine waiting for me at my door step. i was so surprised and impressed that i had to ask my neighbors how did the magazine get to my door step. And they told me that some people from hitv came to distribute the Nov edition of the magazine to all subscribers and my name with my address was well printed on paper on the transparent foil. Good work Hitv. U guys are getting there. But you guys should do more in the coming year by providing us with a dedicated movie channel, get your EPG working properly and subtitle all foreign language channels. Am very sure by next year, greater things to come.

hi i was at hitv's office on Saturday for the new upgrade, well i was upgraded to the latest version of the software
But on getting home, when i connected my decoder back and checked the software info, it was still 2.0.5 and you said
that the latest one is 2.0.7 which can allow you to view ZeeCinemas subtitled and also use the the EPG.
But none of this worked. No EPG and No Subtitle. So i dont know if they is anything i can do to have this features.

Am impressed with the work HITV is doing, improved programming,a lovely website now better than before, i hope they can maintain its functions of the websites, Especially EPG (Electronic Prog Guide) is very necessary so as to follow events as they unfold on their channels.
Another area they should into now, is quick payment of subscription via ATM, scratch cards and online services. I think dat will go a long way to enhance
their operations. just like MyTV Africa.
Good Job, they should continue to work hard and there is still room for improvement. As for the hitv magazine, hope it starts working soonest.

I must say that this thread is one of the most sort after in this forum because of the whole lot of information u can get on a daily basis.
I must commend the guys that take their time to share whatever information they have regarding FTA. Am also a big fan of free to Air TV, why pay so much when u can get more than enough channels just by beaming ur satellite to a different locations. Anyway thats by the way. My main reason for coming to this thread now, is to seek for information, facts and true life stories of what am about to say and share with you all.
How possible is it to use a Hitv or DStv decoder that ave valid smart cards to download their channels into the decoder itself then change their located frequencies to FTA frequencies for free viewing. A fellow colleague in the office claims that is possible to achieve because he is already using it in his house. He is watching DSTv, Hitv, TrendTv and MYTv with all the channels on one decoder all for free without paying a dime. So i ask this great forum with great minds that have shown that with threads like this, people that have no knowledge of FTA can actually learn without stress. I call on the likes of Enigma, Enitan2002, twinstaiye, Badrua1, urfriend, peacenlove and others i cant remember to mention, to brain storm on this theory and see if it's possible to achieve and if it can work.

Please where did u get the complete season 6 from. i have just watch part of it and i have been finding where i can get the concluding part. Sopranos is indeed the best anytime.

The Ikeja station is up and running. confirmed. their two packages are now okay. satellite and terrestrial packages are now operational. just installed the terrestrial package with 21 channels but it has to be on request.

Pls can we ave a list of the 42 channels and the EPL how many matches do they actually show every weekend

I really can understand the way you feel, that if your story is real. the choice is really yours to make, if you truly love this girl and want to marry her, the decision is yours HIV or no HIV becos people die everyday from all kinds of sickness known to man or not.
