You should note that different schools with different procedures for result collection,be it SOR or Certificate, you must fulfill all this to get your result no matter how expensive it is.
So no school authority will be so daft to release students result to their portal without him or her fulfilling the procedures,that will be a big debt.
I will advise you to do the necessary stuffs,no matter how expensive it is then you're good.
