Your visa will be out soon. In two to four weeks (estimated).

If your school starts in August, and your visa is granted after august, you can enter australia in September, November etc as you have asked.

However, if you defer your admission and changed your COE to reflect February start date and you are granted Visa for February next year, you cannot enter Australia in September. You have to be in the country a month before the start date.

Everything will written in your Visa once granted.

NICOSIA:
My school has just informed me that I have to arrive Australia 5th of August. My visa is still not out. I did biometrics and medicals on the 8th of July. Should I defer my admission? If I am starting next session February, is it possible to go to Australia September?
Travel / Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by DreamlandAgency: 11:34am On Jul 24, 2022
Yes you can still get it before or after. No problem about that. Even after 2 months that your course started.

NICOSIA:
Can someone please provide me with answers Is there any one that applied for visa and got it before 3 weeks? I did medicals and biometrics on the 8th of July. Is it possible for me to get my visa by end of July? My school is resuming 16th of July. Thanks

There’s a visa called prospective marriage visa. It is expensive and around $7850. It allows your partner in Melbourne to bring you to Australia and get married.

Send a message to hello@dreamlandintl.com to get started.

If you have been working in the healthcare sector and practicing since you graduated. There’s a part in the visa application where they will ask you why you are changing your career.

But to avoid stories, I think the best options is to just go for a master’s degree in the industry you have been working since you finished school.

Joshvent:

Thanks for replying. I have been working and it can be proved.

When you say "depending on what l have been doing" can you explain a bit further? Thanks

We had a student who was refused USA student visa. He also applied for a visitor visa in Canada and was refused as well.

He told us and we let the immigration officer know about this. After a month, the officer requested for the refusal letters which we provided.

The Visa was granted.

In summary, say the truth. Cos it will set you free.

These immigration officers are humans who earn a salary. They are not wicked and only make a judgment based on what you provided as documents. In fact, you can even call if your application is taking time.

Make una no fear. Australia is a beautiful country and I wish everyone the best.

In other news, we can assist you with your application to Australia any day, all day.

Send a message to hello@dreamlandintl.com

We will definitely reply.

yemyem4uall:
Hello guys, in the visa application, it's required to specify if the applicant have been refused visa to any other countries before or any other applicants in the application. Does it make sense to claim "yes" even with the facts that the applicant had been refuse visa to USA before. Can one attached refusal letter? Please I need your advise on this. It's urgent

The chances are slim.

However, I have a confirmed story.

This lady studied Public health at Flinders university. She got a job with SAHealth(South Australia Health).

She got accessed. Apply for PR and it came out in one week.

These things doesn’t happen on the time. But all power belongs to God anyways.

What are the chances for PR, when one goes for a bachelor's or masters degree in Public health?

Hi Muslimah,

I don’t agree with your agent.

You can convince them in your SOP why you want to change. Everyone can decide a change of career at any point in time.

M.Sc in finance won’t give you PR.

Send a mail to hello@dreamlandintl.com let’s discuss your options.

Convert to USD then pay using form A. CBN handles this effortlessly.

1. It depends if you are working at the moment. B.A linguistics won’t give you PR. As an art Student, you should be able to study social work.

2. No. Social work is hot cake

Hi GoldPanther,

How long have been working as a business development engineer? From what I can deduce, MBIS and BDE are similar.

I don’t see any reason why you cannot go for MBIS as one of the task of a business development engineer is to Look at existing business, as well as potential markets to identify, and secure business development opportunities for the organization, that will help them make informed decisions based on the data acquired.

If you do anything close to above and it’s in your CV, I am confident it will fly.

You can include everything in your second to last paragraph to form a strong GTE.

Send a message to hello@dreamlandintl.com to get started.

GoldPanther:
Hello fam. Please I need advice. I work as a Business Development Engineer in my dad's chemical and production company and I studied civil engineering. It is my wish to study Business analytics or business information systems for my msc, but my agent says I should opt for Engineering management. Because it's easier to connect to what I studied, and he says I can't always switch when I have entered the country.

I recently heard switching courses or schools will only be sanctioned by the minister. I don't know how feasible it will then be.

Please can anyone advise me on what best to opt for? BIS is a PR pathway course. I intend to use coming to take over my dad's company as my "I will come back home path".

I will really appreciate responses. Thank you smiley

Hi Darida,

The below is from the Department of Home Affairs website(DHA) on GTE.

I hope this helps answer your questions.

The whole idea of GTE is showing the immigration officer that you are going back to your home country after the purpose by which you are going to Australia is fulfilled. In simple terms, you are going back to Nigeria after the completion of your studies.

Darida:

Thank you dreamlandagency
Will the document be enough to serve as GTE for both myself and husband? Or what else can we add?

Travel / Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by DreamlandAgency: 11:12am On May 25, 2022
Hi Darida,

1. Your sister and/or mum can be your sponsor. You can also be part of the sponsors.

2. Yes, if the document is in your name or husband.

Darida:
Hello dear nairalanders, please I need help.
I am a married woman with no kids yet and I intend to apply for a masters program in Australia. I also plan to travel with my husband.
My husband is a dentist while I am doing business at the moment.
So I have the following questions.
1. Is it advisable for my sister or mum to be the sponsor or it’s better for the POF to be lodged directly into my account since I am going with my spouse?

2. Can document of transfer of property serve as ties to home country?

Thank you
Travel / Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by DreamlandAgency: 10:15am On May 25, 2022
Hi,

One thing you should try to avoid with embassies is discrepancies. You don’t want to make a mistake of submitting two documents with minor errors.

I had an applicant who submitted her payslip. She worked for one of the agencies in Nigeria and was sent to work as a bank as a customer service.

Her payslip was showing cash as means of payment whereas the money is always deposited in her account via transfer from the agency. The immigration officer questioned the mode of payment.

Lol and behold, they refused the visa. It wasn’t a Student visa but a dependent visa (subsequent entrant).

The best advice is not to upload any documents that will raise a flag.

All the best ✅

Graceade2022:
Hey everyone,
Please in a case where the amount stated on the tax clearance as annual income is different (low) from salaries paid to the bank statement of account, will this be an issue at the embassy?

It varies. Tax can be from 10% - 30%.

The more you earn, the more you pay tax.

Please sir @DreamlandAgency I already applied for Australia visa last month for Masters in engineering awaiting patiently for my grant, but my concern is I applied as self-sponsor. I submitted a 4 months statement of account showing monthly income and expenditure.
The closing balance in my salary account is 13.2m.
Even though my agent said that amount is enough that he has done for people with amounts less than that and they got their grants.

Please Note: my school is AL1 and I paid a tuition deposit of 14k AUD, this is not included in the 13.2m balance in my statement of account.

Some mates here said, it’s not good to apply as a self sponsor. Please is it detrimental to apply as a SELF SPONSOR ?

I appreciate your kind reply.

Hi,

So many people will always say things like they are the immigration officer. I always tell people decision lies in the hand of the immigration officer.

Most times, what they require is a year tuition fee. And 90% of time, they don’t require statement of account for a level one school.

Don’t worry, you will get your grant by God’s Grace. Let me wish you in advance, welcome to Australia ✅

To be honest, you require a lot of funds. Australia is expensive. The school fees can range from $20k to 40k AUD annually (N7m to N14m) depending on the course and school.

You can have around N15m-N20m in your bank account to show Proof of funds. In most cases(if applying to a level one school), embassy doesn’t really require this. Only the school does.

For now, students can work unlimited hours. It’s a good opportunity to study and work. One of the best time to come to Australia as a Student.

You can send a message to hello@dreamlandintl.com for more info or to get started.

I wish you all the best.
