Have you done any research on landlocked countries and how they overcame their peculiar challenges. I know that Uganda has oil and gas. How is it exported. It has to be exported through pipelines that will span the territory of neighbor countries. Is there an international treaty that compels other countries to support landlocked ? We will still need or rent a sea port and I foresee the Nigerian government working through the south-south minorities to frustrate Biafra. We all cannot predict what the minorities will do.
