WHAT WE NEED THIS CAPITAL TO DO:
On the basis of this improvement, we need to get a better accommodation in more conducive area for more staffs rather than the Jungle hut they retire to, get a staff Van, lease excavator with all other machineries needed for this mechanize mining such as machineries for: Blasting, separating, Salting, weighing, Loading, royalty, Legal, selling, transporting and delivery.

REQUIRE CAPITAL
Total capital needed to upgrade and satisfy above analysis mechanize mining machineries is #15,000,000, but we have #5,000,000 which we are saved over two years from manual labor mining and few supplies. Therefore, we reason to partner with #10,000,000 equity investor to grow together, facilitate production and meet our demands

EXPECTED RETURN:
Actually, our initial capital was just about #500,000 when we started mining manually and we are able to safe up to #5,000,000 since December 2015, while we mine we supply and build our capital.

We are one hundred percent sure, if we improve to mechanize mining we can boast of making 10% of our new capital monthly which is nothing less than #500,000 after mining and delivery because we already have a team and network for supplies.

SHARING RATIO:
Subsequently agreement on sharing of benefits shall be made between parties:
As Investor is coming in to financially strengthen the team on ground, as one person does not make a forest, therefore we suggest, profit shall be shared in ratio: 20%, 30% and 50%(investor) monthly. These will enable us to maintain equipment on site royalties and revenue yearly.

OTHER MINERALS:
There are other minerals we trade by supplying to companies home and Abroad which we plan to start to mine soon as we progress, some of these minerals we found in Kaduna, Zaria, Adamawa, kebi ngwara at Nazarawa state e.t.c such minerals are: Lead Ore, Zinc Ore, Tantalite (Columbite), Tourmaline, Gold, Quartz and other minerals, more expensive minerals viz. diamond, gold, emerald, sapphire, ruby, amethyst, copper ore, coal, silver, we plan to expand to in nearest future.
