Dredging site located at Azara Jere local government of Abuja, on the road to kaduna state. This is a water fall by the dam created lump of sand created by the sweep of the falling river. The nearest river that produces, white sharpie salt less sand, highly demanded by most construction company in Abuja.

A group of Civil savants investor running Irrigation farming under the federal ministry state capital has key in the opportunity of the running river and obtained dredging permit to dredge and satisfy sand supplies requisition in the state capital.
Therefore, request through our office an investor to mobilize dredging equipment to the site.

At present, selling rate of sharp sand is between #1,000 to #1,400 (per Cubic) equal #1,500 or #2,100 per ton= in Eti - Osa, IbejuLekki Lagos, OR Ikorodu, depending on site location and sharpness of the sand.( but In this valuation, we are using the lowest selling rate)

• Dredge pumping rate for upper dredgers is 100m3 / hr
For 8hrs daily work= 800m3 total daily stock pile

Using lowest selling rate of #1,500 per ton as sand texture of dredging area not yet determine, and also to promote the new site

Sales target for 24 working days= 26days x#840,000 = #21,840,000million/ month.

To increase this income over time, production on site should be doubled so as to double supply.
