REVENUE:
At present, selling rate of sharp sand is between #1,000 to #1,400 (per Cubic) equal #1,500 or #2,100 per ton= in Eti - Osa, IbejuLekki Lagos, OR Ikorodu, depending on site location and sharpness of the sand.( but In this valuation, we are using the lowest selling rate)

• Dredge pumping rate for upper dredgers is 100m3 / hr
For 8hrs daily work= 800m3 total daily stock pile

ANALYSIS OF PUMP / SELL

Dredge measures
Total daily stock pile is 100cubic per hour x 8hrs = 800m3
800m3 with three barge dredger= 560tons



Selling rateat Lekki / Ajah:

1.5m3 = 1 ton
15m3 = 10tons

Soft Sharp =#1,000m3 === #1,500 per tone
Sharp = #1,400m3 === #2,100 per ton


Using lowest selling rate of #1,500 per ton as sand texture of dredging area not yet determine, and also to promote the new site

Therefore:
Selling rate =#1,500 per ton x 560tons stock pilled/ day = #840,000 / day
Sales target for 24 working days= 26days x#840,000 = #21,840,000million/ month.

To increase this income over time, production on site should be doubled so as to double supply.

Projected Monthly Revenue if investor is leasing Land, dredger and excavator: ( which means investor is leasing everything)
 Monthly income =(total revenue- variable cost)
= #21,840,000- #16, 757,000
=#5,083,000
Revenue per month if investor owns his dredger and Land ( that means Land is on yearly lease)
 Monthly Gross income = gross profit =(total revenue- variable cost)

 Above analysis is presently been realizedon two of our clients dredging site we consult for of which we are also stake holder in LekkiAjah. A site on good location is a sellers- market.

 Terms and agreement on JV is 70% to investor: 10% to permit owner: 10% Land owners, 10% to local charges and community issues , net profit is shared daily as analyzed above.
