German will be forced to open NS2 because China and India are getting cheap Russia gas and oil then they sell it to EU at spot market price.
Reason Russia can sell oil and gas to EU for cheap for long was that Russia drilling and everything costed just €15 and Russia since 2010 budgeted their oil at €30 per barrel.
