I can confidently tell you that majority of the poor people in SW are not even indegenes.

most of them came from other regions, SW is carrying the burden of other regions due to failed leadership in those states

This data is from statista. Poverty line data could actually be biased and based on qualitative measurements

But the IGR of states like Lagos, Ogun is almost the entire IGR in Nigeria

We can say that Lagos, Ogun , oyo are doing very well

Using calls of people from radio or people protesting is the most unreliable means to analyzing poverty. Anybody can call and claim they haven’t eaten in 6 months.
