@momoyama anytime you are in Nigeria especially in Lagos, pls do visit areas like Mushin, Idumota, Ajegunle, Oshodi, Mile2, Bariga e.t.c if possible find an hotel in of those areas and stay for like 2weeks (not indoor throughout) all these areas will tell you the bitter truth about power supply, water supply, health care system, road network e.t.c Staying in Radisson Blu Hotel in Victoria Island will only gives you small infomation about Lagos or Nigeria at large.
