That's great, man. I tend towards the CyberSecurity side. It depends on which path you decide to take. You could be a web/software developer. I chose mine because I became fascinated with server B 'n Es. You might not be strong in that area, though. Although, I have now worked on myself, learning all aspects of programming.
Just start with finding your strengths, bruh. Baby steps.

Preferably a powerful one. You could get one with 2.7GHz speed, Nvidia card, 4GB RAM minimum. Don't get me wrong, anything less would still work, except that it might be slow and eventually, its performance will degrade overtime. As far as it can run Python, you're good to go. You would need to learn CSS and Java as well, but Python is what I started with. It could be different for you, tho. Find your strength. Do some research.

Do I need to study computer science in University?

Not all the time. I didn't study that, but it could greatly assist you, especially if you decide to focus on programming only. It will give you an edge over those that didn't study but it isn't a requirement. All you need is a powerful laptop, dedication, learning materials and internet access.

Can an introvert succeed in this ethical stuff and in programming career?

. They are actually the most successful. I had to quit my extrovert lifestyle to accomplish all my feats so far. Not only in programming. Most 'pro' programmers are introverts, if not all.
I wouldn't tag myself an 'introvert' though, but I had to cut off a lot of people, I stayed indoors more, and I didn't talk much to people 'cos I was thinking all the time. Most Nigerians engage in discussions that end up wasting your time. Now, it has rubbed off on me. I still catch fun, and all that but I do it in moderation.
That's the best life, bruh.

You MUST be interested, if not you'll be discouraged halfway. I learnt it because I was interested, and it helped me.

I get what you mean. You will index words in the chat bot's script; But that would only make it have a discussion with you. Jarvis can do much more than mere discussions. He is literally the brain of the Stark Tower.
Even with the words for the discussion, you still need to construct its sentences properly and make it identify the exact questions to respond to. That one na extra work. Forget, the stuff no be one day something. I have made about 8 chatbots, each smarter than the last; and I can tell you that there are some days I coded for hours. Writing algorithms like some kind of machine.
