Alaye.. that girl no be like who go understand all those vocabulary.. Just tell her in plain terms.. I go knack or I no go Knack! this one is already threading the path of her olosho ancestors.. The future is femail ![]() |
I was just chilling at Radisson yesterday, sipping my juice and watching 2 fine, endowed ladies wearing bikinis and taking 1000 pictures without actually swimming at all (married women moved their husbands away from the pleasurable sights). The chair I was seated is a 3 seater with a round table and 3 extra chairs in front of it. I was alone as I branched from church to watch Liverpool vs Manchester city in style. Then, a man in his 50s sat beside me and we all minded our business. Not quite long, 3 men showed up and I overheard them saying they flew in from Abuja to meet a client who introduced himself as the managing director (as well as a professor) of a company handling Akwa Ibom sea port project.. can't remember the name again. The client, a self acclaimed professor in his 60s wearing an old coat and those shoes from 1920 came in much later and started acting like he was doing the other men a favour by bring present. Since they met me on seat, there was no way they'd ask me to excuse them. Fast forward, they started talking about a deep port project in cross river and the man, who first came in (he owns a dredging company) will be contracted to supply over 1 million tonnes of sand. This client then said they have secured $350B funding from investors and it's been paid. But CBN flagged the money and they have to submit documentation at CBN to prove it's legit bla bla. He even showed the man proof of funds on his phone and he said he's flying to Abuja this monday morning to submit the documents and rectify the issue with CBN. Now, this client said he needs money to finance the quick disbursement of that huge sum from CBN so they can start the project and do some other things. This was negotiated to 50 million. Deep inside me, I was cringing. Who still falls for this old age scams if not for old aged people? There was no way I could tell this man he was being scammed (I'd be embarrassed and escorted out by security and wetin even concern me?) 50 million is a lot and someone who has the capacity to give you a contract running into billions will never ask you for payment before executing contract. What they get is royalty and that's after the project is completed. Please if this is your daddy, wearing white Kaftan and was at Radisson, Ikeja yesterday, please caution him ooo because he's supposed to make that payment today.. This story is not made up. |
Naijanascam:It takes leader to do that.. and God can influence one if he's provoked |
Sometimes, Nigerians don't cease to amaze me.. You give someone 20k as empowerment fund and expect them to make a living out of it.. the same 20k that cannot fuel your charade of Landcruisers and Hilux in a week.. 20k cannot even buy a proper meal at Eko hotels and na there una dey lodge everyday.. I just hope when Jesus comes, he starts judging those at the top.. the masses at the bottom shouldn't suffer twice |
Hello, No long story.. your company rolls out contracts everyday because they hire contractors who can supply products used in building construction. Sand, granite, interlocking stone, iron rods, roofing sheet, blocks, tiles etc. We produce and supply quality materials of all these products and more. Since you know your company better than we do, this is your chance to make more money. Put your ears on ground and stay close to your procurement manager. If you inform us what your firm needs and we submit proposal (we are confident of winning as our products are genuine, quality and not costly), you'd earn 5% of the total profit. Please send a WhatsApp message to 09130 5763 57 to start. You can save this number for future use. My name is Engr. Temitope and I'd love for you to be a key part of my business.. |

![]() He said he's been "managing it" for years, buying drugs, and I'm sure this is self medication and road side pharmacists.. I live far away from him and he's a police officer. He called me this morning, perhaps because he couldn't keep it to himself any longer. I'm not insensitive.. I keep up with him every other day. He's divorced my mom over 27 years ago but we still talk.. although I haven't paid him a visit in 2 years. Doctors in the house, I'm too young to lose my dad.. he's also still young and I have not given him a grandchild yet. He must not die.. Which specialist hospital in Osogbo do you recommend? The journey to where I live cannot be embarked on by a sick man.. |

My name is Temitope and I am not scared of DSS. I may be picked up and locked up and denied access to my loved ones and my fundamental human rights but that's the sacrifice you must pay in a lawless nation. _________________________________________ I've read different opinions on the attack but one that seems to capture my attention was an article titled- "what if the attack happened in the Southeast?".. What if??!!!!!!!!!!! Don't imagine the scenarios in your head.. let's do this together. This should be fun! I'm glad we have a dictator at the helm of affairs who clearly understands the language that we speak and isn't afraid to communicate with us in that same language.. However, is federal character a criterion used in dispensing such fierce inhumane treatment? Hold on! The answer is rhetoric- for now, at least. I have watched, with tears, visuals from the gory remains of the wrecked site of NDA. How demeaning can those assailants be, to have "gathered liver" to attack the camp of armed and trained personnels? I, a civilian, am living under the protection of cruise and vibes for sure.. The attack happened over 72 hours ago right on northern soil and according to eye witnesses, majority of those who suffered casualties are reportedly christians! Now, here's where the big question begs for answers- it doesn't matter what religion anyone practices, they have a right to choose what to practice. It doesn't also matter if it's north or south, Nigerians have the right to life- a privilege enjoyed by senior citizens in cows. Osinbanjo has made 2 press appearances in the last 48 hours and he's yet to "express shock" as usual. Lai Mohammed is yet to condemn the attack and Buhari, the Mr Man who is 'for everybody and for nobody' has his silence deafening. The language he knows how to speak well is not equally resonated across board. no arrest has been made, no official visit to casualties and the site where the attack happened. No apologies for failing those whose lives were cut short for his ineptitude. And I know how this is going to play out- they will say he's working hard, lowkey, to bring the assailants to justice. Damn you!! I don't have enough money to jet out of the land. Even if I do, I'd rather invest that sum to whatever I can to make part of the country where I reside a great place to live. Me oo, I have given up on this administration of clueless bigots and incompetent riffraffs who don't even wear dreads nor tattoo.. we were scammed and never will people from our history rule over us anymore!!!
