Asides martial and probably sane,I don't think any other person on the list is better than iheanacho.
I wonder why Rashford would come ahead of him. huh

I don't care about the feelings of Manchester United fans right now.I don talk my own.

Okay.

This means that for every proposal the captain makes, he needs at least 3 people to support it including himself.

Looks like he needs to try and take the advantage from the next captain.

The maximum part makes it a bit difficult. Since he needs at least 3 people to support his motion including himself, the minimum number of coins that must leave him is 2 i.e for the 2 other people that must support him. He needs to reduce the coin to the bearest minimum so as to reduce the chance of some people voting for themselves so, 2 of the pirates need to get 0 coins as well.

Let the pirates be A B C D E respectively with the captain being A.
If he takes 98, gives B 1, gives C 1 and D and E 0, B can vote himself and D and E can decide to vote for B thus endagering the captain A.

If you continue the permutations, his best bet would be to take 98, give B 0coin, give C 1coin, give D 0coin and give E 1 coin. If any of C or E decides not to vote for A with this, they may lose their lives. So, they would rather vote for A to get something and also stay alive.
#My opinion though

This riddle took 25 minutes+ to crack. What is the answer o?
I do not accept this answer.
Don't you think the pirates given one gold coin each might still rebel since they are getting lesser than supposed?

Let's look at it from this angle.
Each pirate should get 20 gold coins each since they are 5.
Considering their greedy nature, no pirate will wanna be given lesser than 20 gold coins else such pirate will revolt.
The captain's best bet is
Give 2 pirates 21 gold coins each totalling to 42 gold coins
Give the 2 other pirates nothing
Now, the maximum the captain can keep is 58 coins.
With this, he's assured of the votes of the other 2 pirates who might revolt against him if they got 20 gold coins or lesser.
Ruminate over this sir.

DIKEnaWAR:
With all your knowledge about the medical profession, you failed to buttress your wild assertions with facts. Obviously, you are wanna-be medical 'practitioner' and has already assumed and imposed knowledge and responsibilities on yourself.

I have given you the attention you seek, now get outta my mentions.
Sorry bro, you got it all wrong. I actually did not and do not blame you.
I blame the patient who used a drug, had reactions, didn't stop usage nor report to the hospital.
If the patient hadn't messed up you wouldn't have had an opportunity to spew trash on a subject you are totally ignorant about.
Health › Re: Amina Suffers Stevens-Johnson Syndrome In Katsina After Taking Septrin (Graphic) by drlaykay(m):
DIKEnaWAR:
Seriously terrible!

The doctors we have here don't even go through your medical history to know if you react to anything. They administer the drugs and wait for the reactions. If adverse, they deny you and cry that their enemies are using you to pull them down.

Let us situate this problem properly; it is not Septrin that did this to her, but a component in the drug. People will start avoiding Septrin now, while they continue taking other brands with that same component that a lot might react to. It is high time we begin to evaluate drugs on their chemical composition and not brand.

It is normal to hear people say "Beecham ampiclux is the best". This is because they think a drug is all about brand and not composition. Let our pharmacists/doctors begin to dispense drugs on the basis of their chemical content one after the other and not what it seeks to cure.
It's obvious you know nothing about the medical profession so I will advise you sought knowledge before speaking in public.
Wonder who those that liked your posts are.
Your first, second and third paragraphs are factually incorrect.
No time to school you. Just try read about medical history, Stevens-Johnson syndrome and drugs components and efficacy

Is university the name of the secondary school?

Jokes apart, I doubt it's possible. A university usually have numerous professors hence, will not be ruled by a PhD holder.

But I fear politics in Nigeria.
Education › Re: The Plight Of A Nigerian Medical Student by drlaykay(m):
This is happening in many institutions not just yours.
The major problem is because the medical calendar is designed in 12 calendar month. A session runs for 12 months. This makes it difficult to adjust the calendar. Unlike other courses where a session is traditionally 8 months, exams inclusive.

So when a strike lasts for say, 2months, the other departments quickly adjust their calendar and fill the gap with the 4 months(which is usually supposed to be for holidays) left. The medical school has no free months to steal from hence moves it to the next year.

Secondly, other departments are usually affected by ASUU related strikes only while medical schools suffer both ASUU related strikes and hospital strikes.

The funniest reason is that other departments would easily skip a scheme or topic or rush lectures and practical activities. That can't be done in medical school. You must learn all you should at the appropriate length of time.

So just chill, you almost there. I passed through that as well. It doesn't stop you from being the good Doctor. It's just for the country we found ourselves.
Phones › The Best Phone App Ever by drlaykay(op): 10:28pm On Apr 28, 2016
I believe the best things in life are those most useful to mankind no matter how cheap and readily available they might be.

I won't ever forget the water-diamond paradox which explains why water is cheap but more useful than diamond which is unmatchably more expensive. Their respective costs won't bereft my brain its wisdom to ascertain which is more important to life.

Without much ado, let me unveil the best phone app ever.
This app has prevented me from spending #14,000 on repair of my soft touch keys.
It has stopped me from buying a new phone which I almost did despite still enjoying my current phone.

I'm talking about the handy soft keys.
Handy soft keys is an app for those that have broken their soft keys.
It presents the keys on the screen when installed/activated.It gradually fades out when one's hand is not on screen only to return when in need.
Yes! It's so beautiful and It's the best app I have come across because it saved my cash.

Which other app can you rate high which isn't strictly for entertainment?

In as much as I feel it's important to act early, I still feel it's too early to start announcing publicly for a grown up. It's barely 24hrs and he's on the media.

What about calling all his friends who will link other friends or checking the station at worst.

If nothing deep happens, he will feel so embarrassed finding himself in the media for this kinda news.
Education › Re: Bedbugs Ravage UNILAG, Students Cry Out (Photos) by drlaykay(m): 10:43am On Apr 20, 2016
It's quite pathetic! Non other to blame than the school management. Before, students get new beds each session. They will submit their beds at the end of the academic calendar. These beds get recycled to produce new ones.

But since 2010, it's a new trend. One has to maintain the bed one was given till graduation. Right now, the school authority no longer give students beds which makes students get bed from whatever source and never dispose them when due.

I think the idea of recycling beds should be revisited as this stops long term infestation by these bugs.
