Guys, i think its time we learn to take the bull by the horn.Why 2.1 or First Class by Companies? Its simple, they are smarter with 0.09% error margin.True, some 2.2s or 3rd Class could turn out better within the 0.09% range.(Encyclopedia Britannica)

I think these grade classifications are there for a purpose, it is not a Nigerian initiative, it used all over the world, so we should not fuss over it,
Though there can be some vagaries
For instance,.I have a friend that Graduated with a GPA of 3.48 and another with 3.51, definitely they are of the same I.Q level,
So all we need to do is to be prayerful,
God will place us in our area of success

Actually, I just finished my medicals with Diamond Bank today, I heard there wld be an aptitude test at the end of this month, Try to submit ur c.v at the H.O annex at AfriBank road, V.I, All the best,

OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT FOR EXECUTIVE TRAINEES 2006 (INDUCTION PROGRAMME)

A 3 week mandatory Induction programme has been scheduled for Executive Trainees to hold in Lagos and Kano Learning centres from Monday, October 9th - Friday, October 27th, 2006.

Candidates are expected to report to the learning Centres on the evening of Sunday, October 8, 2006 for accreditation from 4.00pm. click here to search the Fourth (4th) batch of executive trainees invited for the induction programme.

Accomodation and feeding will be fully provided for the candidates for the duration of induction programme. Dress code, MEN; Black, navy blue or dark grey suits, black shoes and belt, white or sky blue shirts. Dress code; LADIES;Black, navy blue or dark grey skirts suits or trouser suits. Sandals are not allowed.
