Tt4tolu: Good evening gurus in the house. I applied on Nov 30th through an agent. After updating my biometrics on the 8th of December, it has been radio silence. No NSE request letter and all. My school is resuming on the 18th of Jan. I called my agent about deferring my admission but he said I should hold on until a decision is reached about my application or until it's been requested by IRCC. Should I keep my fingers crossed as suggested? Please how much did your agent charged you For processing your admission |

Kimkalash: Good afternoon guys. I arrived Canada a few hours ago and still waiting for my connecting flight to Newfoundland.
The flight was lllloooonnngggg. Ethiopian airlines is so cheap and underrated. Please try it if you have time for the stopovers.
I know you can't generalize but the border officials and immigration personnels were super nice. The guy even came to the queue, took our documents (LOA, Tuition receipt, passport and the Declaration card we filled on the plane )and issued our permits without stress. When I went to check in my luggage, the attendants were so humble and attentive.
My guys don limme go Vancouver sha. Arriving St John's after midnight.
Still so speechless I don't know what else to say Good morning sir Please I plan on relocating to Canada I want to go through student visa I plan on doing my masters there , Please I need step by step guideline On how to go about it Please don't be offended by my questions Thanks |

Rickywowoz: Goodluck to everyone applying, people awaiting approval and people coming over in the next few weeks. Few tips. Its getting cold, get your sweater/jacket ready. Winter is not child's play. if you are coming to Vancouver area, there is no snow yet but its raining lots. If you can bring paracetamol or anything that relieves headache, please do because you definitely gonna get migraine at some point but if not you can buy advil or tylenol when you get here for 10$ ish
I don't know if this is still a thing with covid, see if you can open a bank account at the airport when you arrive, that way you don't have to worry about it later.
Get your SIN from service canada asap. you need it to work
Sort out your logistics, get a bus pass. most schools have student discount. Start working on getting a Canadian driver's license as soon as you can, it's very important. Lastly if you are coming to Vancouver area. I can pick you from the airport if you are on a budget. And any other thing you might need in the first few days. it can be stressful for some people. Good morning Please I need u to help me out with some information I plan on relocating to Canada But I want to go through study visa I plan on doing masters there . Please what are the necessary things I need to Do . Please no vex for my questions |

lilmaydee: Top 5 books to read in 2021.
Happy new year to everyone. It shall be a year of success for us all.
It has been said that, "readers are leaders." As we welcome year, 2021, these are the list of books to read to sharpen our minds. 1. Outwitting the devil - (Napoleon Hill): This book encourages readers to make use of their minds; to think for themselves; to have a definite purpose and how to avoid the habit of drifting.
2. The richest man in Babylon - (George S. Clason) This book gives you practical tips on how to increase your earnings, how to control your expenditures, how to guard your wealth from loss.
3. Meditation - (Marcus Aurelius) It gives you the philosophy for living. Philosophies used by great men in the past and how to live a meaningful life.
4. The laws of human nature - (Robert Greene) : this book teaches you about human nature. How to understand yourself and others.
5. How to stop worrying and start living - (Dale Carnegie) : this book outlines how to overcome worry in practical ways with examples of people's story and how they overcame it.
That's it everyone. Let's know your thoughts about those books if you have read them. You can recommend other books in the comment section below.
Happy new year once again. Please do you have pdf of outwitting the devil I have searched for it but I can't find it online |
