What's wrong with the headline? It clearly states that they MAY face death penalty which is very correct. The penalty for the accusations being brought against them is a criminal charge of the highest degree (treason against the government) and if we're going by the law, such criminal charges can range from several years in jail to even death penalty. And of course, these Are children unless we don't want to state the obvious. So what's wrong with the reportage by VOA? Well deserved award for Rodri. I'm a real Madrid fan and I can tell you that I wouldn't have put Vini in the top 5 for the award. His performances are erratic. He's awesome in a particular game and next games he's completely useless. That's not a balon dor material. Consistency is key. He dribbles aimlessly most times, and gives possession to opponents easily and has negative character on the pitch. I'd rather have loved Dani Carvajal as a better competitor to Rodri. The reason why Messi and Ronaldo won these awards year in year out is because they were very consistent all through and not just flash in the pan performances.

I cannot give credit to Barca because this isn't the best Barca I've seen this season. Barca won not because they were that good but because Madrid bleeped up. Any attacking side that played this Barca side would have scored up to 10 goals against this high line. A high line of defence is a joy to any good attacking side. If you watched the game well, you'd realise that Madrid could have sealed this game even in the first half alone. Imagine if a team like man city has those opportunities that Madrid had in first half alone, they'd have scored so many goals. This Barca side was disappointing

I'm not being hateful. I've been a staunch and unwavering real Madrid fan since year 2000 when they won the UCL against Valencia and I know the potentials of this team. So it's not about hate. They played woefully because any good attacking side would have put in up to 10 goals against this Barca side with a high defence line. Against Bayern, Barca didn't use this same high line tactics. Bayern were actually the ones that used the high line and that's partly why they got thrashed by Barca.

You obviously don't know how to analyse games. This Barca strategy of high line against an attacking opponent set them up for failure from the start. A team like man city would have put in like up to 10 goals against this Barca team with such high line set up. All they had to do was beat the offside trap or give long balls from defence over the high line of the Barca defence and allow fast players like Vini and Rodrigo chase. Of course the Barca defence would not be able to keep up with the pace of these guys with those long balls. But despite such flaws in the Barca set up, Madrid still couldn't capitalize but always found themselves in offside. Any team playing a high line is a gift which any attacking team would exploit and score many goals. That's why you'd see that from the start till end of the game, Madrid had countless chances to finish off the game but their strikers especially mbappe disappointed full time

The annoying part of this match is that this isn't Barca at its best. Barca are winning not because they are playing well but because Madrid missed glaring chances from first half which could have sealed the game. This game has shown me that buying Mbape was a waste of resources. The guy along with Vini are just over rated. Another talking point in this match is the choice of the coach. That guy Mendy has never been good. The substitutions were poor and late in coming.

Please research why the existing ones, including drug manufacturing companies like GSK packed up and left the country and even shifted business to nearby countries like Ghana and Benin republic that have sensible govt with right policies. It's not just in the drug sector. It's everywhere.

I couldn't even read up to half of this write up. Looks like a made up story or novel writing (even a fool can tell) rather than a real stuff that happened to you. You're not even writing with the seriousness of someone who actually went through these events and who was impacted by them, so that makes the whole story lose it's appeal.

Give every doctor a 10 million Naira loan, payable only to his tuition and then give them a job where 1 million Naira is forgiven every year or 500k every year. Only award them certificates as doctors after the loans are paid in full or on completion of a mandatory 10 years of working in a government hospital. Salaries have to be competitive and realistic. No doctor should earn less than a senator.

This will deter a lot of health workers from going abroad the next day after graduating.

Your suggestions look sound except the second to last paragraph. A doctor CANNOT practice anywhere, including his country without a certificate. The certificate goes beyond just certification but also as a boundary between a real medical practitioner and a quack. Without such certificate, you'd watch as the number of quacks rise in health care practice, and this will further endanger the lives of Nigerians. The government should instead address the main issues at hand which are propelling them to leave especially renumeration and provision of adequate facilities/tools for them to work with.

Removing the subsidy is their main demand because the people behind this protest are the ones benefiting from it, and they want it back to drain Nigeria even more.

This decision is the right move to improve Nigeria. We've already seen how he increased the allocation by 41%. I can't understand what these people are thinking when they say Timangu is on the wrong path.

To make Nigeria better, everyone needs to make sacrifices. What you eat is your responsibility than the government's. Let that really sink in.

The problem is not with the people making sacrifices. The government/leaders have to lead by example. You can't be telling your followers to sacrifice when you as a leader are living large. You budget humongous amounts to yourself and cronies. The national assembly is an epitome of corruption itself. The presidency is budgeting billions on private jets etc. Once the leaders start to do the right thing, that's only when they can be justified to talk about sacrifices! Nigeria is just something else
