Happy Golden Age

Push! Push!! Push nah, Sorry, Just put more effort, datz d lyric wen dey ar awaiting my arrival on October 23rd in d very late twentieth century, dont mind them, they ar trying to push me out into dis naked world.

You know what? i fought back cox i wanna stay wia i am den...u asked y? no stress nah nd my food is more than enough and balanced, no need for struggling again.

But finally, I am delivered into dis world, I cried cox i was defeated...my cool environment was den changed to a tropic environment, d first tin dat welcomed me was the fierce temperature of the world...i was like Kilode na hell b dis? I cried....

Its not easy to adapt if u ask me, but datz my first assignment so, i did...buh juxt imagine i am crying nd all dis pple ar smiling and laughing...what a shit! Did dey enjoy watching me cry? So, coz of dis, i cried harder... Dont blame me, blame
the poor kid mentality den.

They took care of me nd 7 days after...i was named OLUWATOOSIN SUNDAY AKINYEMI omo AKINKUADE. And the baby boy is tagged TOSIN, time past, i discovered dat the names were not complete until i included DRTEE.

According to John Locke 'tabula rasa'..At birth, the mind of a child is like a blank slate...it depends on what is written and/or overwritten on it.

When i was born, i was born free without any fear, no anxiety, no struggle, no guilt, no hatred, no shame etc wat a glorious nd blissful aspect of life! But as time goes on, i started running away from this TRUE Nature of Existence...hmmmn, y? Because my eyes were opened like the second version of Adam and Eve, I acquired knowledge from my environment both good and bad, this made me to be afraid, anxious, pathetic, silly, selective, stubborn, troublesome, brave etc but I was wrong with my perspective though, it will take the Heaven and Earth to totally prove me wrong.

But now, I have been overwriting all the bad stuffs written on my slate with the guide of some known and unknown theories....'anything that prove to work well for me is the only thing considered to be TRUE and REAL for ME, irrespective on its worth on others' A Pragmatist? Maybe, if that word is even REAL.

That very day I was born was my first step to millions of steps i will take, i was made to understand that life is a race, willingly or unwillingly, you are an athlete competing for medal with many other competitors, dont be surprise if what you actually and despirately need is the sole taste of another man...such is life...my sophist told me that.

Viru Sahastrabuddhe, Life is a race, if u dont run faster, u get trampled and also, life begins with a murder and Everything is fair in Love and War. Darwin butress this by saying that Life is the Survival of the fittest, so, if you are not fit you will die...Those words are like gold to me, because they are pure, real, useful and veracious.

Here I am now, at the present state of my development...count not the candles but the light they make, What have i achieved? What is my Purpose? Am I real? Who am I? Where am I? What am I aiming at? Where am i going? What is the true meaning of Happiness? And most of all, Am I Valuable? Do my Present State of Development Commesurates with my Chronological Age?

Those are the questions that makes me feel alive, active and make me come back to my right senses sometimes. I am happy for who I am....

Happy Birthday to Me, Akinkuade Oluwatoosin Akinyemi Sunday DrTee...

Hurray! You reached a milestone today.
Oooh! I forgot to me a wish, i wish that all my true friends are happy coz i understand that happiness and joy are contagious.

Sorry, I forgot to add d Venue for my Birthday Celebration...Im using diz medium to invite u all to the Moon being the Venue. Terms and Conditions are applied, I will only be responsible for ur transportation back to Earth including all d merriments buh ur transportation to the Moon is On Your Own o...lolz, diz is due to my security consciousness...

Happy Birthday DrTee

Food / Sugar Is Killing You! Give It Up ASAP- Scientists by Drtee(m): 9:28pm On Nov 24, 2014
All of us like sweets – it’ s a constant. But who could thought that a pure
pleasure is addictive and slowly killing us all, according to scientists.

Scietists believe that our decline in health (obesity, metabolic syndrome,
heart diseases, diabetes, cancer) over the past few decades is directly
connected with global increase in ingestion of fructose, sucrose, HFCS and
other substances.

Sugar is an addictive toxin that damages health.
Sugar is a sweet drug.
Dr Lustic claims that sugar is an addictive toxin that damages public health
to the point that we now need government intervention. It’s addictive,
stimulating as it does the release of feel-good hormone dopamine – and the
food industry knows it.

Studies illustrate that large intakes of refined sugar cause huge spikes in
insulin which promote fat storage. Over a period of time, this can lead to
insulin resistance and leptin resistance – leptin is the hormone that sends
signals to decrease your appetite.

Nairaland / General / Naira Falls By 10.5% To N177 by Drtee(m): 8:57pm On Nov 24, 2014
The naira has fallen further against the dollar to a new low of N177.45, bringing the total value loss by the local currency this year to 10.5 per cent.

The national currency has been under persistent pressure since June when the global oil prices started crashing. It, however, began a steep and consecutive fall 10 days ago.

The naira on Friday shed 0.76 per cent to close at the N177.45 against the greenback, despite the Central Bank of Nigeria’s intervention for a fifth day with dollar sales to prop up the currency. According to foreign exchange dealers, the development forced the CBN to ask 21 commercial banks to bid for $2m each.

The central bank has been selling between $150m and $200m in each intervention, causing huge depletion in nation’s external reserves.
Religion / INCREDIBLE: WAEC Examcheaters Return Certificates Afterchrist Enlightened Them by Drtee(m): 3:41pm On Jan 04, 2014
At least 15 people have recently returned
certificates issued to them by the West
African Examinations Council
(WAEC). They explained this action
by the fact they were cheating during
the examination, and now as Born Again Christians, they could not live
with "the sin." According to Saturday Sun, some of
the people had approached WAEC
through letters seeking restitution,
after they had confessed how they
dubiously acquired their certificates,
when they wrote the examinations at various periods. WAEC replied, stating that what they
were expected to do was to return the
certificates awarded in line with the
rules and regulations guiding the
conduct of the examinations. However,
only few responded, including a holder of Teachers' Grade 11
certificate. It has been revealed that those who
complied with the directive returned
their certificates to various WAEC
offices nationwide. The council took their case to the
Nigeria Examinations Committee
(NEC), which has cancelled the
returned 15 certificates at its 55th
meeting in Lagos. "The listed candidates, in their letters
of restitution, confessed that they were
involved in various forms of
examination malpractices in various
years as indicated against their
numbers. They have returned the original certificates issued to them," a
statement by NEC said. The returned certificates by the Born
Again Christians were for both the
May/June (school exam) and
November/December (private candidate)
West African Senior School Certificate
Examination (WASSCE). A breakdown of the year the
examinations were taken revealed that
the oldest dates back to June 1983
with certificate # SG 288999. The
next is dated June 1990 (RS0680084c)
, June 1992 (NGSS 0994156), June 1995 (NGSS0265147) and December
1995 (NGSP 0169397), December
1996 (NGSP 0575264), December
2000 (NGWASSCP 038771), June
2001 (NGWASSCS 2451037). Others are June 2002, two certificates
with NGWASSCP 4100224 and
NGWASSCS 3894794 were returned
and cancelled, June 2003
(NGWASSCS 5009313), June 2006
two born again Christian returned certificates with NGWASSCP
7747466 and NGWASSCS 8423755,
December 2008 (NGWASSCP
05790031) and June 2010
NGWASSCP 13327157. There are several Verses in the Bible to support restitution, which conform
to what the 15 Born Again Christians
did by confessing their sins and
sought restitution from WAEC. In 1 John 1:9 says: "If we confess our sins, this is faithful and just to
forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us
from all unrighteousness". While Numbers 5:6-7 says: "When a
man or woman commits any of the sins
that people commit by breaking faith
with the Lord, and that person
realizes his guilt, he shall confess
his sin that he has committed. And he shall make full restitution for his
wrong". The names and other details of the 15
confessed persons may not be
disclosed, as WAEC officials said it
would amount to violation of the
rights of the individuals involved
and that of commission's ethics.
Education / After ASUU, Colleges Of Education Lecturers Begin Strike by Drtee(m): 3:07pm On Dec 31, 2013
Two weeks after the Academic Staff
Union of Universities suspended its
strike, lecturers in the colleges of
education on Tuesday commenced their
own strike. The lecturers, under the auspices of
Colleges of Education Academic Staff
Union, made this known in a letter to
the Supervising Minister of Education,
Nyesom Wike on Tuesday. The COEASU General Secretary, Mr.
Nuhu Ogirima, while delivering the
letter, lamented that the Federal
Government had failed to address
issues raised by the union. The union’s complaints bordered on
infrastructural decay, poor funding,
non-implementation of the 2010 FG-
COEASU agreement, poor conditions
of service, brain drain and illegal
imposition of the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System . In the letter signed by the COEASU
National President, Asagha Nkoro
and Ogirima, the union accused the
government of directing the National
Commission for Colleges of Education
to impose the IPPIS on colleges. It said, “While government held a
series of talks with the leadership of
the union between September and
December 2013, it is evident that the
government does not wish to keep her
side of the bargain in meeting the understanding reached at such
meetings. “This, without equivocation, is
unacceptable to our union given the
peculiar high nuisance and volatile
nature of the colleges of education
sector. “More so, but for the constitution and
inauguration of the Needs Assessment
Committee, government merely paid lip
services to all other issues,
highlighted in our earlier
correspondences”. The union further complained about
discrimination against its members via
the refusal to fund the peculiar and
responsibility allowances as
obtainable in earned allowances of the
universities; refusal to implement the migration of lower cadres as
obtainable in polytechnics; and non-
accreditation of programmes of the
colleges of education among others. COEASU said its members had been
directed to resume the strike suspended
earlier this year, “unless and until
government meets the demands”. Ogirima, who later spoke to our
correspondent, said the union embarked
on the action due to the attitude of the
government. He said, “You would recall that we
observed a week warning strike earlier
this year and the Federal Government
called us for talks. Sadly, but for the
NEEDS Assessment Committee which
government inaugurated, all other issues remain unattended in spite of the
over six months of dialogue.
Literature / Love Or Lust - A Poem By Drtee by Drtee(m): 9:15pm On Dec 29, 2013
Love or Lust

Love is an amorphous term
hard to get at the exact time
sometimes i dont believe that true love is real
but sometimes we cant explain how it makes one feel

Love suppose to be reciprocal in nature
however, to someone it's a real turture
you are dying for someone who doesnt care about you
yet someone who you doesnt care about is dying to have you

what is love?
What is lust?
Is it a turture
or a nurture
you fall in today
and fall out the other day

Do love among the youth exist?
Or is it just a game of deceit?
What's the relationship between love and lust?
Can the two be separated at all cost?

My relationship is fighting for survival
and the fact is that it's me that needs revival
Love is so complicated
I dont know why it's hard to get it replicated

Its hard to find real love
but it's easy to fall to lust
you promised heaven and earth in the name of love
but you end up playing each other like golf

why is it hard to meet a perfect match?
Most relationship that starts in January ends on or before March
sometimes i wonder why true love fades
can we say that all is base on lust accolades?

You glance at your partner and start picturing and error about her
yet does thing may be there when you start running after her
i think they say Love covers all things
so what is it that you are insinuating

what is love?
What is lust?
We can say love is an intense feeling of deep affection
yet it's thesame Love that is a deep sexual attraction
that what i got from my diction

is love a norminalised subject?
Or a verbal object?
Do we feel Love?
or do we act love?

Its rare between two partners not to see a player
first show love then turn the love to game of soccer
using all tactics and strategy to emerge the winner
turning the other partner to a loser

winner and loser dont fit together, they break apart
sooner or later, the love memory depart
Are Youth practising Love?
or are they engaging in Lust?
