There is Apple tv, Amazon prime video, Hulu(vpn)... Etc. South Africas video streaming subscribers is projected to reach 9 million by 2025.

South Africa with 60 million population has about 400,000 netflix subscribers.

Nigeria with about 200 million subscribers has about 50,000 netflix subscribers.
