1. Was your name on the senate approved list pasted at the DSA earlier?
2.If yes, Do you notice any error on your name?
3. If yes, go back to school to see if the error has been corrected or not(that is if you complained in the first place about the error)
4. If no2 is NO, Make your way to school as well to see what went wrong for you not to see your name on NYSC portal...
Either way it goes, just keep having faith that march will not march you but you will rather march with us!
Don't worry, it well, just go to school and do as advised!

A very good morning to all pcms in the house, a big congrat to all who has seen their name on the NYSC portal(100% ready to go). and to those of us still waiting for our schools to do the needful(50% ready to go), let us surely know that God is in our side. The anticipation high for my side I no fit lie you oooo but all I know is that the Lord will never forget his people.


#TeamOAU: Either today or tomorrow, we will surely hear good news as ALL of our names will be uploaded on the NYSC portal, nobody be left behind!...

Small Updates: For those that made one correction or the other on their data on Monday and for those that were ommitted earlier, according to the vice dean on Mon, you can go and check for the corrected version (in his office at the DSA,they re no longer pasting names) today. More names has been added to the list (those that were ommitted earlier).

My candid advice is that you should immediately proceed to you school to effect the necessarily correction as the name on your jamb record must be 100% related to the one ur school is sending to NYSC. Please go and correct it oooo....
BTW: was it on NYSC portal you saw ur name or school list?

I think they're trying to make the final correction on the list before uploading it,it should come out by wed or Thur! God willing,we shall not be left out....
On your question, The first thing is that,ur state of origin as well as the state where you school won't be visible/available for you to choose during reg,so the remaining ones are readily available and have it at the back of your mind that the final decision to throw you anywhere rest with NYSC...... I don't want to give you any permutations and combination so as not to raise your hope of getting a particular state unnecessarily...

If you have any error on your details, you are advised to contact your school for corrections. There are so many factors that may not allow you to see your name on-line:- 1. If your school is yet to upload, you can not see your name 2. If you search your name with matriculation number or surname different with the one uploaded by your school. 3. if you don't have a valid jamb number. 4. if your jamb number is regularized and you fail to validate it from jamb database. 5. if the name you are using in school is different from the name you used when registering jamb. If you are affected with any of the above, pls contact your school for rectification.

You may have to update your Personal Private Time Table

Yea you re right....I've confirmed with the new TT now...NYSC is really not serious with almost 3TT in circulation...

Pls this question is directed to OAU pcm in the house or anyone that is enlightened about this issue, is it compulsory for me to collect my certificate before I go to camp cos the school id card will be collected at the senate when I request for my certificate and I heard that the id card will be needed in the camp. Can't I just collect my certificate after the 3wks in camp or the certificate will be needed in the camp as well?

Sweetheart, sowie I had to reply late,I was attending to the minor issue I had on my jamb no at the DSA ni and thank God it has been rectified.
Now to your question:
The issue has been treated here before and i'd proferr a better way forward to it earlier as adviced by previous PCMs...
1. OAU is no more issuing SOR, certificate is now ready!
2. To collect certificate, you will drop ID card
3. As someone said earlier, over 80% of PCMs from OAU has gotten their certificate, so no NYSC officer born of woman will send anybody back cos of ID card cos will be aware of the situation of tinz.
4. If you want to play safe(double chance) scan your ID card and make the photocopy of it in coloured.

Latest updates from school....
A lot of people has issue with their name been misspelt,Jamb no wrongly written and some had ommission problem(their name is not on the list at all).
For those that want to do correction on one thing or the other, we've(myself included cos my jamb no was not completely filled) been attended to and the correction has been done! For those that had ommission issue, their case is presently on going as the DSA staffs are doing everything possible to make sure that nobody is sidelined.
According to the vice dean of the DSA who is personally supervising the whole work,they are suppose to have gone to Abuja with the final list for uploading but because of various complains,they are chilling to today. By tomorrow, they will be on their way to Abuja...However,he didn't say when they will upload the list on the NYSC portal.
Finally,make we just dey chillaz and wait for them to upload the list afterall we have 2weeks for that but I hope they do it before the end of this week.
