You started using jnternet since 2005 and you can't decipher when a site is completely shut down and when your network is poor to access the site (If you need, email messages of those registration done both the log in details sent and the second one sent after submission that will clearly show the exact time and date, so that your brain will be cleared of hallucinations, do well to tell me, I will surely share you screenshot of it but with a deal that you will bow your head in shame, lick your faeces and exit this thread for more serious people). Do the following...

Dedicate a time of the midnight for the exercise (best time 1:30am till around 5:30am)

If you are using a PC (Which is advisable), on your browser (chrome preferably) clear the cache data on it before you resume, restart the PC and launch the browser.

It will surely go through. That is if the error message you are getting is only "an error occurred while processing your request, please contact admin or try again later"

Ever since all this recruitments started( FRSC, FFS and Prison) I have never for once ask anybody to contact me to do their Reg for them for a fee (you can go through all this thread and found out). I have helped countless number of people on this thread for FREE, ask them and let them tell you. I wont even demand for a kobo from you after spending sleepless night helping people on this thread, because I have my customers offline and they are enough for me, I made more than enough through them and none of them comes from this place. All I am doing on this thread is to help those ones having issues and that I have been doing without prejudice and with all honesty. Ask those that follow the thread very well.

When I say I registered 10 applicants from 2:05am till the time I put the post, I was not saying that to convince your likes or to sell any market because the truth of the matter is I don't even have any market to sell to you people here, it was simply the truth (I don't owe you and your likes any explanation on how I did it and was able to register them). So next time, instead of jumping into stupid and unnecessary summary of what you don't know and not clear about, you can simply ask for help and learn how it is been done, it will greatly do you enough favour in the nearest future.

I repeat, the site was working perfectly till sometimes around 5am this morning when that person make that post in response to my post and when I was about doing last Reg on my list, I noticed the site was down again and I quickly pointed it out in the next post that the guy was right and the site is down again. (I even said it that it was kinda too early for me for them to shut the site down)

So please, never again ascribe unto me a name that is not mine. I know you have learnt what you don't know by now. Thanks.

Hello Guys, Hope we are all doing great? and I want to believe that issues are been cleared from the ongoing recruitment registration little by little.

My Observation in the midnight till this moment was that the Full name of applicants is now showing (surname, first name and middle name) even on the data page print out, i want to believe this is as a result of their shutting down the site in day time just to work on it.
The Applicant's phone no is still been replaced with that of his/her next of kin while their own will be tagged *label*.
Also, I noticed that the issue of passport uploading has been dealt with by them as it is not very easy for anyone to upload his/her passport once you are in line with their specific requirements.

Let me point it out to us that to avoid the issue of *Access Denied* which can lead you to abandoning the registration, kindly note that once you register and sent the log in details, please proceed to completing the registration immediately without changing your password, after you are done with your registration and submitted, then change your password before you log out and after changing it, log in back to be sure it was properly changed. This is very safe to avoid the *access denied* issue.

Lastly, it is safe to complete your registration on a PC instead of making use of a phone.
Incase you have any challenge or Issue still not clear, do well to let me know.

What mail address did you use, Gmail or Yahoo?
Did you get the message that a mail containing your log in details has been sent to your mail? If yes, Check through your mail very well, check the spam and junk folders (tho, it is rarely located in them). And if you didn't receive the message that the mail was sent to you, then probably your registration was not accepted.

I think you are very correct, A friend was also able to do some reg for some lower cadre applicants too yesterday around same time. I need to redirected a lot of people to him...lol

The lower cadre Fire Service website was going smoothly yesterday as from 9pm.I was able to register about 10 applicants successfully. The passport should be if possible <= 10kb in jpg.I normally start with uploading the passport before proceeding with other details

In addition,also while doing another registration don't change your state of Origin as it cannot be corrected later.But you change Local Government after getting the login details.

As he said passport must be in .jpg format otherwise it will never upload.

Well,to me I have been using both PC and tab to resize pictures.

For PC you can use Microsoft Picture Manager or Paint to edit and resize your picture to jpg format >50kb.

To do that simply right click on the picture,open with Microsoft Picture Manager,then go to edit,resize then save as jpg.

For phone/tab you can use JPG Image Reducer which you can download from play store.There are websites that you can also resize your pictures online.You can google them.

FAILED PATH ERROR AND ACCESS DENIED
Those facing any of the above errors should know that they must go for a new registration, no way to proceed.

Also for those having issue uploading their passport, please make sure you don't use a phone but a PC. Resize your passport to 50-100kb and let it be in jpg format. Please you guys should not try to resize a picture into a passport, you might not be lucky.

My Observation for the ongoing FRSC recruitment which enters third week today

If you want to apply for this recruitment, make sure you do so early in the morning, at least do it to the next of kin stage, then you can proceed later as you wish. Any application in the day time from 9am to 6pm always results in error, though they might later send the code, but many may not get it if they don't refresh that particular error page.

For Applicants experiencing Access Denied in their application;

For those, that don't know how to unregister their previous application due to the access denied error, you don't have to unregister your failed/error application in other to have access to the new application. You just have to create a new email (Don't let it have any identity or correlation with former email used) and also, anything can be changed from pre-application Stage (First Page when applying on the site) with your previous application except (Position, Date of Birth and Phone number), once you submit this, you can't edit it again except the rest. So make sure this three are correct when replying, don't change them at all.

Also, once you encounter access denied, don't use phone again. Make sure the new application is been done on PC for easy access.



Note: 9am to 6pm, the site is off for pre-application. If you try it around the duration stated, you may encounter an error message when you click/press submit button (An error occurred while processing your request, please contact Admin or Try again later). Once you see this, leave that page. Around 6pm, come back to that same page and refresh it, you will be surprise to see a message directing you to check your email for the application code. But, if unfortunately you see error a message like; "Email has been used by applicant, if it is you login into your page". Go and check your email and if you see nothing inside, you have to start all over again with new email.

So is better, you do everything in the midnight or early in the morning before 9am.

As usual. I said it. Anything from 9am till 6pm, New applicants won't be able to apply. I am very sure by 6pm, the site would be back. That is why i make sure i do all the pre registration early in the morning, then complete later in the day which the site is always stabilize for that.

I think doing so is intentional. Because it is happening almost for a week now. many applicants don't know all this except we that applied for applicants. Well, the best known to doing so.

UPDATES:
As usual, the site is down presently...
New Applicants can't get to submit the pre registration page to get log in details.
Old applicants can go ahead with their registrations but know that the site is not really that stable, so you may experience glitches...

Go to where you see "apply" click "my application" under it, click "complete application" once the page load and continue from where you stopped.

Very good observation..

But Please, let me point it out that there are some info that you should be careful of how you manipulate while trying to by pass the first stage to get the log in details. such info like Your Surname, Date of birth, Phone no and email.
The best option is to deregister the account so as to clear off your details from their database, the only thing you wont be able to use again is the email.

people getting access denied the problem is simple, u have been blocked with reasons best known to them and they have ur details, if u try to open another one they will tell u error. best thing to do is these:
open new mail
start new registration
change almost all ur details especially email, year of birth, phone number.

The truth is that, that particular email has been registered already. Try and check the email again for the log in details, check your spam folder as well. But if you still don't see it there, then try and start all over again. Use a Gmail instead of a yahoo and a PC instead of a Phone to register.Try that and let me know what happen, and if you still need help, let me know.
