Start afresh all over again using a new email and use a PC for it

I read through the replies given.. I've tried and done all that was asked but all the accounts I opened still go to access denied.
Can anyone help me just to bypass the access denied stage?

I don't think anyone as talked about uploading any documents save the passport photograph which is the only document. So continue with your registration and follow the steps and instructions you see on the site.

I don't know why some persons are not finding this stuff easy and smooth! The site is very user friendly to me and i will rate it above the FFS and Prison Service site. You guys just need to follow instructions...As simple as that.

1. If you have the option of using a PC for the registration, don't use a Mobile Phone but if you don't have a PC or cant access any registration center/Cafe around you, then you can make use of your phone but be ready to encounter some issue as you might not really have it all smooth. While making use of Mobile Phone, put your phone in "desktop View" as this will give you a PC version of the site on your mobile.

Now to your Question, Go to the recruitment site, Click on Applicant's Login, it will bring where to put your User ID and your password sent to you, do that and submit and then continue the registration.

It means your passport is not in the right format! save your passport in the right format which is jpeg(jpg) and resize it to 50-100kb

Since the registration started and with over 50 applicants I have applied for successfully across all cadre, I have never come across it anywhere that you will be able to upload your passport without filling the required field cos they are all locked and until you successfully finished with a stage, you won't be able to proceed to the next stage. Fabem, or I'm not right?

Tell me, how you were able to do yours, I am willing to learn

after uploading of the passport page, I think you should see a button below with "Next" inscription, click that because it the next thing to do.

Lol, i tell you, if only our people can take their time to read previous post on solutions, they wont have to ask some questions again.
But anyway sha, we will still be trying our best to help in whatever way we can.

I'm surprised at this question to be honest.
Anyways, the application is stage by stage till you finish and print your data page out. So sit down patiently and complete the process stage by stage.

Check your network connection.
Also, you can start the process on a PC instead of a mobile phone.

What device are you using? If it is a mobile phone, you wont be able to print except you save the print out in a cloud print format but better still, go to any cafe around you, tell them to log in for you using google chrome cos that is the only browser that will allow you to print all the pages. It wont cost you more than 200-300 naira

Dont re apply, that is how their site was designed, you wont see it again. Just wait till they release their shortlisted lists

Hi guys,

Kudos to DTOPS, giving applicants solution to the problem on ground concerning the ongoing road safety recruitment.

I will try to buttress his point.

No matter the problem you encounter when you want to apply, the solution have already be provided here. Just take your time to read through the thread from the beginning, apply all the solution written, I am very sure one will work for you out of it.

But many will ask same question over and over again, in which what to do and how to do it is already here. Problem encountered during the application differs from eachother.

Some have passed the stage of access denied, can't open upload passport, some can upload passport but can't submit at last stage, all this problem have their respective solution.

I will still try to mention few of the solution;

1. Don't let your age passed the requirement, it won't go, you won't be able to upload passport/submit.

2. Change your password before you start the application fully.

3. Swap your details when you are reapplying again except your surname and DOB, swap your details and re arrange when you passed that stage.

4. Changing of device is advice able when reapplying as well because it seems once their Server detect your IP address your browsers, it will keep sensing same error of access denied and that is when VPN is recommended for those that know its usefulness.

5. Luck matters sometimes, some applicants didn't even experience all this things, they just do it and it goes once, I have done for applicants like that Where their application won't spend up to 30mins and you are done, but many applicants are not so unfortunate.

Lastly, patience is virtue. If you can't wait, leave it for it for now. The site will still be user friendly for applicants later on. This is just first week and still going for more 5weeks before the application close. So be patient if you can't withstand the stress.

It has been said numerous time that the best thing to use for this registration is a PC, if you dont have, you can borrow or go to a registartion center, the highest you will pay is maybe 500 or 700 hundred naira. using mobile phone will always lead to having issues

It really didn't work, I unregistered my former and reapplied with a different mail yet it still shows access denied. However I will try using a PC to see if it will solve it.

I noticed this also with an applicant i'm currently registering for, normally after submitting, i ought to see the preview page but instead what i am seen is upload passport photograph here and after doing that, it still the same thing. I guess it is an issue from the site, i will still continue to work around it sha

It is obvious people don't read up on the solution to most of this issue you guys are still raising.
For those experiencing "access denied" issue, this simply means that your registration is locked down already and it will be difficult to proceeed with it. So what do you do? Unregister that particular registration and start afresh all over again using a different gmail address for the registration but while doing the new registration, kindly kindly do some swapping with your name and other name so as not to give the impression that it the same data.

Note: Do not use any name related to the one you've used before in your previous deactivated applications (stocked with Access Denied. After, remember to arrange it the way you wanted and then Update.

Yes! choose post primary for your secondary school details, tertiary for your tertiary eduction details.

The site is going smoothly.

Secret: For those having access denied, open a new email entirely (Gmail), then in the registration, scatter the name, like put your name as the surname your surname as other name. Then you can rearrange it once you bypass the first stage.

I have done more than 5 Applicants alone this morning and it went successfully.

Note: Use PC to do it.

Lo g in to your portal, click on the space where your name is written at the top right corner, click edit profile, click my application, click unregister....

UPDATES:
My obeservation so far on the ongoing registration...

1. Try as much as possible to use a PC for the registration, if you cant get at all cost then you can then use your mobile but change it to desktop view.

2. The best browser to use for the application is goggle chrome, it is faster and reliable (if your own is kinda slow, try and download a free VPN and connect it)

3. For easy upload of your passport, dont try to use a passport you've once scanned on your phoneor snapped with the phoneit wont work, take the pain of using a scanner to scan a real recent passport, scan it in colour and let the resolution be 600dpi, resize and crop the passport using "paint" or "Office Photo" to give you any size between 50kb-100kb but i prefer to make it in the range of 55-65kb for easy upload, once you scan the passport very well and save it from the scanner, it will auto save as jpeg(jpg) which is the same thing. Log in back and re upload.

4. For easy and convenient movement to and fro from your dashboard, kindly change your password to something you can easily remember.

5. If you are getting "access Denied, log in to continue" error message, kindly know that that particular application is stocked! it is possible you wont be able to proceed, Just "unregister" the application and use another gmail account (cos the former gmail wont work again till sometime) for a new registration, while re registering, swap your first name for your other name and vice versa leaving your surname as it is as against the way you arranged it in the previous application so as not to counter each other. Once you get a new log in details, you can log in back and when you are about to continue, you can re arrange the name back to how you want it.

These are some of the things I noticed and ways to go about it from all those registrations i have done.
