Hi Guys,

The portal was ok around 6:30am to around 9:45am, afterward, the issue of error came back. Lets be hopeful that it will soon be back.

But those that have received their code, can continue the application, but make sure you change password or else you will experience "Access Denied" which mean you will have to start all over again.

So for each step, if don't you know what to do, ask questions, don't jump and do it without knowing what it entails so that you won't issue at the end.

The site for the lower cadre has been misbehaving since. Even after managing to finish applying, instead of the preview to show, it keeps showing me "upload passport" where the "preview" used to be!
They need to work on the site. Meanwhile the Senior Cadre site is working perfectly.

Exactly. To those experiencing this, check your inbox. Same thing happened this afternoon applying for applicants. Once you see error or contact admin in the first stage, keep refreshing same page, and leave it. come back some hours later and refresh the page, you will be surprise that the code has been sent to the email. Welldone DTOBS.

The only solution is to restart afresh by creating a new gmail account and trying to use a PC for it and also, try to reshuffle your names.

At first, I didn't want to respond to this but when I saw another person with the same issue, I decided to respond!
With the error message like that, two things are involved: Is either your email has been used by another person or Your earlier Registration has been accepted and the log in details sent to the email you provided (It happen to me yesterday while registering a customer, The site was misbehaving and it was given the error message of Contact admin stuff, When I tried to register the person back in the midnight, I got the response that the email has been used, so i checked the mail and I saw that the log in details has been sent since). So go back to check your mail for the details and if at the end, you didn't see the mail, Please try and start all over again.

I tried to apply and i was sent a confirmation in my email with password which they told me to proceed to the website to continue my registeration.so i login with that email on their website and i tried to fill my details where i was asked to input my name,date of birth,email and others... and after doing that,i clicked on submit but an error came up that Sorry, the E-Mail you are trying to register with is already in use by another user, please if it was you, try logging in with your user account and try this application again.

If you have successfully uploaded your passport, I'm very sure you will see where "next" is written boldly, click that and continue with your application. Once you are done, you will see how to print your data page and a mail will also be sent to you.

Anytime you want to print it, Log in back to your the portal, click "my application" and click "print data page"

There is no way you can download the data page on your phone.

Who has been able to start a new registration this afternoon?

I just noticed the site is returning the ERROR MESSAGE "there is an error processing your request, please contact the admin or try again later". I guess, they are busy working on the site.

You dont need anybody to do that for you my dear, you dont have to spend anything to do that.
If you are using a PC, Open the passport image with "paint" or "microsoft photo paint" and then you can resize, adjust and save your passport in jpg with ease.
If you are using a phone (which is not advisable), go to google and search "Photoresize", make use of it and get it resize.
Hope this will help a little.

The site has been going on fine since midnight. I have done so many applications today.

If you are still getting the same error message, try using another browser or clearing your cache browser before continuing. If you get the response that the email has been used, then you will need to open a new gmail and start afresh.

Hope you will be able to go about it!!!

This simply shows that you have failed to read up solutions to your question. Let me advice you take a few back clicks and read upon the solution and if after that you still have issue, let us know.

okay, this is what I will suggest you do...
Try and use a new device with a new IP device to start all over. What I mean is that, if you have been using your phone before, stop and use a PC with a new gmail address. And if you have hen using your PC too, you can do cache clear up on your PC or visit any cafe/registration center around you for them to help you out.

This message simply shows that your application locked down already and you won't be able to proceed with that one again.
Solution: Start again afresh with a new gmail address, really arrange your First name and Middle name and if you have two phone no, you can make use of a new one, this is just to aid you bypass the first stage faster.

Please I have problem with passport uploading, it's saying JPEG only and the picture I want to use is JPEG, what could be the problem.

Solution: Make sure your passport is a recent one and it is very clear if possible, you can scan it in colour format and let the dpi resolution be around 500 to 600. Then go ahead and resize using paint or Microsoft office photo (the best) to a size within 50-100kb.

Were you able to log in?

The former email address cant be used again. Unregistering the account will make you not have a double entry on the site but you will need a new mail. The error message you are seeing is general...

ive registered initially, then i realized that my date of birth, as well as the phone number were not correct. though i released after i had submitted the registration, waiting to print. i tried editing it and was unable to, den sumeone advised me to unregister and start a fresh registration which i did, but to my suprise. i tried re registering using da previous email address. but it was showing that the email address was already in use. den i've been trying to use my 2nd email address but to my suprise its has been displaying "an eror occurred while processing your request, please contact admin or try again later. thats what it has been showing me since morning

Hello guys, It has been a busy period of registration for this FRSC recruitment process. Different issues and glitches but we were able to try our best in solving, bypassing and maneuvering almost all the issues and glitches.

MEANWHILE: WHO HAS NOTICED THAT SINCE NOON OF TODAY, NEW APPLICANTS HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REGISTER AND PASS THE FIRST STAGE TO GET THEIR LOG IN DETAILS. THE RESPONSE THAT KEEP COMING IS "THERE IS AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST, CONTACT ADMIN OR TRY AGAIN LATER". TO ME I THINK THIS IS HAPPENING DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEIR BACK END DATA BASE MIGHT BE FILLED UP ALREADY AND THEY MAY NEED TO UPGRADE IT.
OR AM I THE ONLY ONE EXPERIENCING IT? KINDLY LET ME KNOW AND SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE TODAY.
