Saw a collegue bitterly complaining about his evidence tendered being marked rejected and decided not admissible because he failed to comply with with a certain procedure.

Not because the evidence, (email respondences) was bad and the not admissible evidence but because of he failed to attach one paper recommended/directed by procedure, to be attached to his evidence. That's all.
