I agree that there are some hardened sinners, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try to win their souls. If you truly love that your unbelieving friend (and the many other unbelievers around you), you will put in the effort and try different tactics to win their souls. What will it benefit us if a sinner perishes?

Let's stoop to their level, like Paul did, in order to win their souls. Some of the most genuine men of God today, who are very passionate about the work of God, might have been led to Him by a stubborn believer who did not give up on them.

Truth is God leads and we follow. Thus if a person can be saved you would see it because it is not you doing the savng.

And if you watch that person you would see he wants to be saved and that he truly has an opportunity to be saved as he has not yet crossed the line.

But for those who have crossed the line or have already blasphemed and rejected Christ, IT IS OVER. God shuts their door permanently as He did to Nazareth.
