seanet01: Can you see you contradicting yourself?say this crap when its convenient. misbehave and you'll know the governor is the chief security officer in the state. and has the commissioner of police in his palm. |
LOL ![]() what a thread.... power play no easy |
i think this news is coming out too soon. coz lots of investigation still needs to be done. However, I think the Security operatives are not fools They just cant reveal every thing. The more reason why some folks are asking some silly questions here.In security, what you say don't matter its what you do. so forget about media/ govt security reports. |
just hope the police gets to the root of this matter and justice prevail. coz i see no reason the lastma officials shouldn't be roasted on the spot. |
It will only make sense if he is given the presidential ticket. any other thing makes his joining ACN inconsequential. after all I don't think Prof Pat can beat PDP to producing 1 million votes in his own home state (DELTA STATE). ON the other hand, he should come home and contest for governorship. |
why do you want to sell the phone. what is the fault |
k2039: Elect people based on merit.Fine. but don't just assume that only elected govt officials are corrupt. the funny thing is that, the non-elected govt officials engage in huge corruption with the justification that the elected ones are corrupt. This in turn, puts pressure on the elected officials to engage in their own massive corruption.(after all, how will; Pam secs and directors be looting the money under my watch as a commissioner. the commissioner joins the band.) those days Guys in PHCN (genco and transysco) complain that those in disco were too corrupt some say, contract staff of disco, were building houses and buying cars; hence want to justify their corrupt intentions. the guys in disco in turn claimed guys in transysco and genco had more imprest that were mismanaged. what happened, PHCN became drowned in corruption from top to bottom. rather than PHCN purging themselves of their corruption, the simply blamed it on the elected politicians. and the cycle continues. this is a picture of the corruption cycle in Nigeria. Every one is blaming the other. Corroption will only reduce in Nigeria when each individual Nigerian realize that he is part of the corrupt system and stop his own corrupt actions. No anti corroption bill, Police,EFCC ICPC or any individual leader can stop corruption except the individual Nigerian. |
A Popular Yoruba man with 200kg of Cocaine inside his big stomach, escaped right under his nose and you want him to win man of the year?! In what category?! person category or what?! OKIJA, na wa for you...Oh ![]() |
I don't give a damn!!!! |
all these daily politically sponsored " fashola for president" thread that hits our faces is becoming nauseating. it overheats the polity, diverts the attention of the citizenry from current events. besides putting Fashola in the spotlight for 2015 presidency every day puts him in a disadvantage position. by the time the opposing political gladiators and his political enemies face him, sycophants will not be of any help. the MODs should be cautious with these topics. No smart politician in Nigeria will want to openly declare for an office at this time. its dangerous. I doubt fashola will love this kind of thread. |
the honest answer is that; Nigerians always blame others for their woes. ( leader or not) some Nigerians think their political leaders are their problems so when they die, they are happy. unfortunately, their problems are still not solved and then they blame the current political leader. the cycle goes on and on and on and may not end until nigerians realize that the problem, is that Nigerian who has refused to do the right thing and not any one man political leader. the death of yakowa is not going to solve the problems of kaduna state or change the lives of those happy because he is dead. this is the honest truth. |
we have more first class and second class upper graduates these days than ever. yet, we say the standard of education is in its lowest ebb. what an Irony. Are the first class graduates also among those termed "unemployable" ? |
why should they arrest them. was it not peaceful? Lagos govt better move for their release. we are not in demo-crazy |
can you kindly state the area of Lagos where this firm is located. I'm interested. |
just hope Chelsea fans won't start their blame game now. coz that's what they do best. |
now you see nairalanders? making light the situation. some are even commending obama for weeping. no one is actually seeing the huge security laps. people are downplaying this fact, that any body can get killed in the streets of America. If this happened in Nigeria, People will insult the president and accuse him of being responsible. no one is seeing how insecure the world is turning out to be. the comments here underscores how insincere and hypocritical Nigerians are. |
I Disagree with most of this post. I've tried to highlight my comments in red (please pardon my typos and errors). Most importantly, the major point I'm trying to make is that Nigeria won't work if we keep looking at politicians. The people need to make it work! until you and me decide to work as one, nothing would work! when one of us gets a contract from the govt to repair the road, we go to his house to congratulate him, and help him eat part of the money, and he does a shady job and thanks God for breakthrough. The fuel station attendants use only one pump in the fuel station to create artificial scarcity so that he/she gets more "tips" from customers. the bus drivers and conductors inflate the transport fare at the slight sign of traffic jam. the public/civil servants in our schools and ministries would openly ask you for tips before they do they job they are paid by govt to do. the men/women who now collect a flat rate of 10% before you get the contract.
well said. I've been saying this for years. unfortunately, Nigerians have refused to see things from this angle. they just want to blame the persons in govt for their woes. even the civil servant who personally decides to do the wrong thing, justifies his actions because " those in govt are bad". its a shame. |

ebamma 3: dating has no essence or importance, its just a bandwagon activityGBAM!!!!!!!!!!!! |
even pathological liars are forming holiness here. |
fact is you are a friend and that is what you are. is it when you are hypocritically called a wife, husband, wife / husband to be or fiancee that you'll be comfortable? well, the wise ones these days know that all that don't really matter. those days on campus my fellow engineering guys had the penchant of introducing girls as " my 01", make her comfortable among his colleagues, flaunt her and dump her like a bad habit when they'v gotten sex. any body can introduce you as anything and change their mind about you right there. |
@OP, you do well. but may i ask you. are you prepared for heaven? if you die today are you sure to make heaven? I think the answer to this question should bother you the most. |
does Seun use Juju too?. coz even when he bans them they still crawl back. |

endless relationship questions. even the generation that need signs cannot understands signs. those who seem to know too much and advice others, still face the challenges and fall. This generation is so Knowledgeable, but the weakest ever. won't say more; coz its beyond the human brain. |
taigee: Nowhere in the scriptures is the believer called church, Paul said our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit not church. The church is clearly painted in scriptures as an organised body of believers in Christ with one purpose and one heart.God bless you. This is a Holy spirit inspired response. |
