ajayiopy:
Buhari might be the last president of Nigeria. However, let all the state work on the discovery of more minerals , otherwise state like Osun and the likes cannot survive without federal allocation
U will be surprised with the rate of developments from those states if such bill is passed. They too have great mineral resources in large deposits, including gold. So don't come to quick conclusion.

Business / Re: Ayiri Emami Teaching His Son How To Use Money Spraying Gun (video) by dualsurvey: 2:15pm On Nov 14, 2016
Mr Ayiri Emami, teaching ur son to use money spraying gun is an indication of what u really want him to grow up to be (a gun- carrying boy when he turns a teenager). Children are easily brainwashed by what they are exposed to. Be4 u know it, a spraying gun will graduate to a live ammunition in his hands. This never adds to the respect people have for u, but rather reveals ur immaturity. Sorry, no offence.

To cool an angry husband is simple, we're already in heat period, just get a chilled bowl of water from ur freezer & pour on his head.
Agriculture / Re: Cabbage Grows Well In Southwest Nigeria . See Pictures by dualsurvey: 7:41pm On Sep 19, 2016
Somebody was discouraging me on planting cowpea, that it can only do well in the north. But I eventually gave it a trial, and it's doing fine. All I just need is to follow the agronomic practices very well. I believe most of the crops coming from north can do well here.

David needs a versatile producer....not those Piano boys that will give u sounds, someone that can give u ideas on the best tune and melodies to use..

. the main reason why YBNL will survive for a long time is cuz of those 2 guys they got... Pheelzz and Young Jon... What a lot of these artistes don't understand that the producer is the bedrock of most songs, they decide if ur song will hit or not..

David should also sack Danagog ,that one is better as a band boy
I think to a large extent u're right. One thing is to be able to play grooves, give some jazzy touches on the piano, another thing is to be creative and understand how to make hit beats. Those guys can play piano, but are not creative enough.
Celebrities / Re: Olamide's Son Playing Piano (Pics/video) by dualsurvey: 6:26pm On Aug 23, 2016
Olamide shouldn't be in haste, that boy's too small for an eight-octave piano, that's too big for him to handle. Get him a toy piano to play around with, his interest will build up gradually.

Before you go into pig farming remember something, Muslims don't eat pigs cheesy. Why not just make it a poultry farming. At least everybody eats chickens.
Muslim brothers dnt eat it, but that should'nt stop a prospective farmer from venturing into it, so far he's duely done his home work. I did my IT @ a big farm in abuja, their piggery section is handsomely big, yet they could not meet up with demand in abuja & some parts of nassarawa. No matter how it is, u'll still get ur own market share.

I've done it b4 & still willing to do it again it has a lot of gain even compared to chicken its only that pigs are generally dirty in nature & if hungry catch am it can do & undo
& d gud part of the thn is u can easily sauce for their food in the market
those selling vegetables, fruits e.t.c
Hmmmmn! Pigs are not generally dirty bro, people have got wrong impression about pigs long time ago. The fact remains that their physiological makeup requires them to wallow regularly, due to their lack of sweat gland. I mean they can not withstand much heat, so the need for them to cool their body temperature by wallowing in a wallowing trough containing cool water. A local pig raised extensively will have to wallow in mud water, in place of a wallowing trough to cool down the body temp, as this is d only available means to cool d body temp, u know nobody cares for a local pig wandering abt. Ur pigs wl be neat if u raise them intensively & make provision for wallowing trough in their pen.

It's painful the whole game ended in the pit. There's no point crying over a ........... milk. The deed is done already. The two of them should just go on with their normal life. Lots of lessons to learn in the whole scene.

Who cares about them.. angry angry

Na that Mixer I dey envy..
going by the nature of their music, I dont think they necessarily need a mixer as big as this before a hit song could be produced.

I was close to asking if he just checked his own JAMB result. What sort of "important" letter would make someone slump? Why use a cyber cafe in the first place? He may have stayed in his home to check whatever. RIP.
My thought was different, I was thinking he wanted to go for the police recruitment stuff, until I read that he went to print letters. What he could successfully do in the comfort of his home. RIP to the dead.

Each click from wizkid's fans on her blog page adds more money to her account even if you comment or not..

It's a fight wiz can't win,its like fighting TMZ,SAHARA REPORTER'S ETC..
It's all about the money and Linda is getting it on wizkid expense, coz all she need is her laptop, fuel of 5k then sit in her mansion with a glass of win and type one rubbish then wizkid soldiers will come after her and the bank alert will keep coming...

I always wanted to be a telecommunications engineer. Always fascinated about how a device in Nigeria with communicate with another in France, I just wanted to know what's up.

Lost a year in the uni, pursued and pursued..... Wasn't so brilliant but very intelligent....fast forward to today. E don happened.

I have conquered in my very short career time, I can explain how this devices do connect, even in depts that are not mine. I am actually fully involved.

There was a time every call drop, no internet, poor service for one of the top operators in northern Nigeria on 3G was my issue to solve, in the same little time, i transfered my skills outside Nigeria to consult independently..... Boom! my childhood dream was a hit back to back....lol. If you believe and work at it putting God first, you can do it too.

Now my first son will surely have no choice than to follow this line, did I mention I got mine from my dad, so it must be passed on.
No, let ur son follow his heart.

i once dreamt of becoming a footballer, few years later it changed, then i started craving for music. It got to a point, i decided i wasn't going to pursue the latter anymore and decided i'ld rather focus on becoming an artist (Sketches, drawings, paintings, etc). A more matured me started loving finance, so i changed from pursuing a career in artistry to studying accounting After my university, i came to realise art is my thing so i learnt photography.

I have this feeling i'll crave for something else after photography.
Hmmmn! I guess there's problem somewhere. U should look inward and stick to the one u have passion for, the one that makes u happy the most. Dnt be jack of all trades, dont look @ d level of economic returns each of them will fetch. The lord will see u thru.

Those boys that snatched your car dont need your car because they will be caught. What they really needed was the fuel not your car grin

No miracle will dry up fuel that suppose to last for 4days under hours only if your car is faulty.

All the same, congrats. My mind keep telling me that, na the fuel they need not your car grin

#Abi you don turn to one Pastor that drove his car from Ibadan to Lagos under 4liters of fuel.
The dumbest post of the century. How would they take such a dangerous step that can cost them their life, just because of a fuel that's not even up to 30k? Nawa o.

What is fixed charges compared to what has just been added as increase in tariff? That increase is damn too high for crying out aloud. Over 60% increase @ a time. This is total hardship, extortion & sheer exploitation. It's like removing a thorn from ur flesh and piercing u with glowing nail.

Things are fast changing, people now realise that there's no point in doing that any longer. Besides, the northern youths are begining to see from both ends. Those killings in the past were sponsored by some wicked & self-centered elder statesmen.

Is really true God gives love and peace of mind alone, I think it is high time we ladies sit down and really think hard about our perspective about marriage? Are you getting married cos of pressures from friends or family or cos you have an idealistic view about marriage or cos all your friends are getting married? Till you have a realistic and factual reasons for getting married, you can never be happy. Dont marry out of desperation, its not a must to marry and I haven't seen in the Bible that it is a must.

Let we ladies be careful, desperation will make us lose focus on our own God ordain husband. Marriage no be by force o. If I get married or not, that's not my top priority, all I want from Jehovah is happiness and peace of mind cos it far out weight everything.
Kudos! That's from a mature mind.
