After 15 working days and you don't have your visa, then you can be disturbed. The wait is tiring indeed.

Happy Christmas to you guys ,please I was informed by the agent that helped me with my study visa today that ,dependant are now required to bring in 3 months POF if not the application will be rejected, he also told me the said 3 months POF its not I thier website,but that in practical /reality dependant visa will be rejected if its less than 3 months ,I'm in the UK already.he told me this started like 3 to 4 weeks ago,please guys with experience should advice. Thanks

DHL finally delivered my passport, VISA ALERT!
Application date : 2nd December
Biometric date : 7th December
Collection mail: 21st December
No NSF mail.
DHL delivery date : 24th December.
Declared three visitor visa refusals from US, Australia and Canada , submitted refusal letters, reference letter from work, ID card, etc.
Christmas came early.

Please I need to make decisions right now as time no dey again. Best date I've gotten for Lagos TLS is 9th Jan and 4th Jan for Abuja TLS.

Utmost deadline for enrollment for wife's program is feb4 with Westminster university. Considering it's a standard application and I don't wanna loose a day. What do you advise I do here?

I know both people. Some get away with it and get their visas while some don’t. On this same thread someone said they refused a guy because his balance was 7k.

I’m a lady and have my student visa already and due to travel by end of the year but got married after my visa application. My husband would be joining me in a month as a dependant but he has kids from another although not married to her. Can his kids be added as our dependants as he’s fully responsible for their upkeep but they won’t be joining us anytime but solely responsible for them?
My marriage certificate says *Single father with children* while mine says * Spinster* but we are now officially married.

Do you think he should add them as dependent or remove since they won’t be traveling with him and won’t there be any issue for visa approval?

Pls I’m so confused about this ���

That's not true.

You can move money from your bank just pray you don't get NSF mail, where you will need to provide recent copy of your statement

I'm still confused is the date of application the day you paid the application fee or the day you submitted your biometrics, because I have seen several people say it is the biometrics day while on UKVI website is the day you paid the application fee.

No need adding her husband under that list if the husband is working, if she has fill the place where she was ask if she married and the name of her spouse and if he will going at the same time with her, that is ok

Financial dependant means ur children, age mother and father etc. And if you re filling that consider the amount you re submitting as proof of fund, I was told during my pre CAS interview, the lesser people that depends on u for money the better.

Good morning all. I have a question with regards to visa application. Teesside University says they will continue issuing CAS till 14 January 2022. However the start date for the coming semester is 17th January 2022. If one gets CAS on that 14th and have in mind that the semester starts 17th. Will the UK embassy grant visa to such applicant, knowing fully well that the applicant will arrive days after the semester has started coupled with the time the applicant will spend on quarantine.
